My Thermador Cook N Vent was stuck. I called Thermador and they said that this company was authorized to do the repair or replacement of any parts. Factory Appliance Service came within a few days of my calling for service. The technician basically just reset the vent rather than replacing the part. He was aware of the model before arriving. The same situation keeps happening because the part was not replaced. They will not come back to replace the part without charging another trip charge. The technician should have known that this was a temporary fix and should have insisted on replacing the part rather than performing a temporary fix. This was a very large amount to pay for a few minutes work. I am highly dissatisfied.

Cracked our formica after he had taken out our old stove and put the new stove in. When I asked him if he had insurance he said "Oh, I could just leave this stuff sitting here." The cut on the counter that he made for the slide-in range resulted him taking apart a shelf that he then put together again in a sub-standard manner. If anybody would try to fix it it would cause a mess of a problem. The front of the stove is not level because the installer took the leveling feet. We made a couple calls to fix this but nothing has ever come from it and we said might as well forget it. The professionalism of the store employees was a B grade, however the big problem was with the installer who's manner was atrocious, the overall job was bad, and was very arrogant and condescending while damaging our existing counter.

Built In Appliance Center always does a real good job on all its repairs. I was having trouble with my range and microwave. I called them and a gentleman came over on time and in a timely manner to fix them both. I just moved here, and it was nice to find someone off the bat who would do a good job at a fair price.
