Builders First Source installed double-pained windows in my house. They used high quality windows that helped save on my utility bill. I have had no problems with the windows at all. In fact, they even made it through hurricane Rita with no problems. The price of the windows was included in the cost of my overall home when I bought it so I am not sure of the accurate cost.
