TJ did a great job on my back patio. A space I once couldn't use during the summer I can now enjoy. He showed up on time for the estimate and answered all my questions. He called and scheduled the install date and arrived on time. The attention to detail and the way the job site was kept during construction showed me he takes pride in his work. I could not be happier with the quality of work and the price. I would recommend Bug Out to anyone looking to make their back patio a more enjoyable space.

It went great. Alton was there early and ready to work. He walked me through the design of the enclosure and put it up in no time. He is a great guy and I will definitely be calling him back for my next project.

I had an aluminum pergola added to my house and it turned out great. Great communication throughout the job and would highly recommend to anyone. It's nice to be able to enjoy our outdoor patio in some shade now.

Alton---the owner---not only provided the estimate and answered all our questions, he and his helper also installed the cover! They were super efficient with the material and fast with the construction. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. Clean up was great---never found a screw or scrap of aluminum anywhere. I will definately hire Bug Out again when we screen in our patio.

The bid was very fair and reasonable for the services to be performed. It provided the drawing and measurements for each panel and the kick-plate, a level of detail which was appreciated and absent from other bids. The quality of the work and the meticulous attention to detail was outstanding. They performed a few little "extras" that were related to the job but that I was not expecting. This was a pleasant surprise and reflects the owner's commitment to customer care and doing the job right. The job site was tided up every day and upon completion, there was not one scrap of screen or other material to be found. Additionally, we were dealing with terrible weather that week. I was impressed that despite the impact of rain/wind on an outdoor screen job, they were able to complete the work in the expected time frame. They notified me every day of their expected arrival time since the flooding was having such an impact on traffic. This was simply the best end-to-end experience we have had with a contractor.
