Kurt provided estimates for partial and full regrout to give me options. He was very good about answering my questions and following week crew (2 gentlemen) showed up on time and worked from 930 to about 400 getting work done and clean up after. Shower looks amazing, it had lots of mildew stains in the grout and grout was cracked and falling out on sides. They also repaired 2 cracked tiles, I can barely see where crack was now. Looks like new! Would definitely recommend and use again. The only thing to be aware of is that tearing out grout creates some dust, they wiped everything down and it looked clean but I still went through and recleaned after the dust settled. Still, totally worth it and I love my like new shower!

The service turned out very well. The work was preformed perfectly and it looked great when the job was finished. I had not ordered all of the tile for the job, but they were happy to help me get the rest to complete it. They were very flexible, polite and kind. Scheduling was very easy.

Price was very good when compared to other providers. Pre-meeting with Kurt was great, as he made clear what could and could not be done. Very responsive, with pre-meeting and repair being scheduled the day before. Repair work looks good, although one tile was cut a bit small and required extra grout. The repair person, while very nice, was 45 minutes early without notice and we were not yet ready for his arrival. He was very understanding, and came back at the time of the appointment.

Kurt is one of the most professional people I have dealt with for home repairs. He was no-nonsense, straight forward and obviously very well versed in this type of repair. He pointed out the issues, described in detail what his crew would do and provided an amazingly fair and reasonable estimate. His workman showed up on time, was incredibly courteous, promptly did the work (including completely cleaning up) and left behind a beautiful shower that looked brand new. I could not be happier with every facet of this experience. The grout looks amazing- smooth, even and clean and the caulk in the corners is indistinguishable from the grout. I will definitely call them again whenever I need any tile work done.

I don't think I have enough adjectives to describe the wonderful job Bath & Tile did on my kitchen. I couldn't be more happy with the results. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted but I never dreamed it would turn out this nice! I received several quotes from various contactors and while Carl was not the cheapest, he certainly was not the most expensive. I was on a tight budget but Carl and his staff gave me everything I wanted (plus a few extras) and still finished under budget. He was always there to answer my questions. Shirley, the designer he uses was far and away the best. She was always accessible and helped narrow down color and material choices. I never felt as if she was trying to make this "her" kitchen and I never felt pressured to take her suggestions. Thankfully she was honest enough to "save me" from some of the things I thought would be good! Carl and his team made the entire process the most stress-free remodel I had ever done. I never once was worried about who was in my house. Everytime I came home while they were working, everyone I met was very professional and courteous. I couldn't be happier with their workmanship. I would not hesitate to hire Carl and Bath & Tile again for any future projects.

Kurt was excellent he came out and worked with us to figure out what we wanted to do. This was a complete remodel, new tub, tile around tub and floor and toilet and had the utility room re-tiled. His crew was very professional, they came in put down drop cloths from the front door all the way to the bathroom to protect our floors. The tile guys we great, we had and issue with the tile pattern, they stopped work and immediately tried to make the pattern we had discussed work. Finally they showed me how it really wouldn't work. We're very pleased with the work and workmanship and plan on using them on the other bathroom.

I just had a full bathroom remodel. They remove and replace the entire cabin at and granite and faucet. They re painted wall and replace all tile. The job was done very well and everything looks great I would definitely use them again. The two best parts were the people. shirley and carl were both great. lots of ideas on how to do my bayhroom. They provided a solid estimate, were right on time, they removed the lower 4 tiles around both tubs and the backboard. Replaced the backboard, resealed and replaced the tile. Did a highly professional job and cleaned the site before leaving.

wonderful service. had grout that had failed and was causing shower to leak, tile and glass was covered with soap scum. it took 2 trips to clean and allow water that had gotten behind marble to dry and then they came back and grouted and sealed.

All was great. Kurt came out and gave us an estimate. He was on time and thorough. We picked a tile and gave us price options. When workers arrived, they kept our house clean and protected the floors from foot traffic. Work was done on time and clean up with thorough. Our bathroom looks beautiful. We will definitely use them if was have a future need.

Carl came out and was very pleasant. He took mesuremesurements of area and what we would like done. He left and said I would have quote within a few days. I did not get quote for two weeks and contacting them a couple of times.

He was very courteous and professional. Gave us different options for the related project. Emailed us the estimate next day as promised. We were pleased with overall professionalism. Although we found it bit pricy for the job so did not go thru the job with them.

It went great...the crew was courteous, arrived on time, reviewed work that would be done and responded to any questions. The shower stall looks better than when it was originally tiled. I would definitely recommend.

The work they did was very good. However, they took apart my shower hardware and just left it on the counter. If they had to remove the hardware, seems that they would have put it back together.

This was great. They were very professional and did great work. I am very happy with the outcome.

I originally called Kurt out to fix two old showers and a wall in our non-profit business. We are located in an old house with MANY old bathrooms. We realized that one of our showers was leaking water behind the walls and ruining the drywall in another bathroom. We finally determined that the problem was that our tile on our bathroom had been tiled on drywall from the previous owners. I called Kurt out and he was able to come out the next day to inspect the problem. I asked him when he thought they would be able to come out to fix the problem and to my surprise he said that it would be the next day. The next day one of his tilers came right over at the scheduled time and started working. The problem was fixed nicely and an invoice was left that day. Two days later a dry wall person came out to texture and paint the wall. A week later when I noticed another bathroom had tiles about to fall off of the wall...I immediately called Kurt again. He said he would call his guy over and his tiler was out within a couple of hours to inspect the problem. The next day he came by at the scheduled time to complete the work. When he ripped out the wall he realized there was a problem with the shower stems and asked if they could fix that problem, before starting the tile work. The shower stems were fixed and then he proceeded to tile the wall. He had noticed a couple other spots that needed little touch up and did those as well. I am extremely happy with the work, punctuality and responsiveness of this company. I definitely plan on using them again in the future!!!! Use this company...they are GREAT!

They have been working for me since 1998. Granite tile, my carpet, re stained my grout, and restoration of my kitchen tile.

The two workers who performed this job showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the day to get the work completed on time. They did an excellent job and the whole area looked like new when they were finished. We did have to have them return once because apparently some moisture had gotten trapped under some of the new grout and caused a discoloration. They promptly returned and regrouted the area and it all looks great! Considering the improvement in the overall appearance and the amount of work that went into it, the price was very reasonable and the final charge matched the original quote.

Nothing but good things to say about Bath & Tile. I was several months pregnant when Kurt first quoted me on the bathroom remodel. They made remodeling as stress-free as it can get. I happen to appreciate that particularly because our first contractors were a nightmare. We were looking to remodel all of the full bathrooms in our recently-purchased house. Kurt's quote was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive quote. We ended up deciding between him and another contractor that a friend had recommended, ultimately decided to go with the other contractor who was cheaper, and almost immediately regretted that decision. Long story short, we fired the original bathroom contractors, who had completed two of the upstairs bathrooms, and we had Bath & Tile do the master bathroom. (I wish we had gone with them for all of the bathrooms, but too late for that now.) These guys are professionals. They've been doing it for a long time successfully, and it shows. They are always accessible, on top of things, organized, and take any setbacks or changes to be made in a professional manner. Kurt did the quotes (which are itemized, so you know what costs what from the beginning - great way to do business) and was always available for questions. Carl, Kurt's brother, was the project manager and did a great job - he was really knowledgeable, always accessible and thoughtful in his work. When you told him what you wanted, he did his best to make sure it happened (and it did) within the price point you were comfortable with. When you weren't sure about what exactly you wanted, he gave you his input and then let you make the decision. He spent considerable time with us figuriing out the exact placement of all the showerheads, and made sure fixtures/cabinets, etc, would be symmetrical; he likes things to be symmetrical (and so do we!). Shirley, the designer that Bath & Tile provides at no charge, was our main point person - she was always accessible and gave great input while respecting your own tastes - i.e., she didn't try to push her own aesthetic views on you, and yet always gave her honest feedback on your vision, so that working with her was stress-free. She really helped pull our bathroom together into a cohesive look. Kurt, while he did not oversee our job, still remained accessible and weighed in on some issues. Because Kurt, Carl and Shirley all have their act together, as do their subcontractors, the process goes smoothly and pretty quickly. They know what they are doing and minimize the stress on you. They also have great personalities and are easy to get along with. And of course, the finished bathroom looks great - the quality of their work is wonderful; tiles, cabinets, shower, tub, floors, sinks, etc. Shirley designed our cabinets and they look wonderful. We are extremely happy with the master and get compliments on it all the time. A few things I truly think make them stand out, other than the quality of their work: if something goes wrong, which is going to happen in any remodel project, they address the issue immediately without trying to assign blame on the homeowner. For example, their glass guy, when putting up the metal bar that holds the glass in place at the top, had a rod that was too short and tried to compensate for it by using globs of silicone to keep it in place. When I emailed both Kurt and Carl, both of them responded almost immediately - basically they took a look, said, yeap that isn't right, and we'll get it fixed. No quibbling about whether or not it looked right or didn't, or how it was or wasn't their fault or whose fault it was (which is something our previous contractors would do all the time); they just said, that doesn't look right, we'll get it fixed, and they did. That is the mark of a professional - you don't take it personally, you look at the work and say, if it's not right, we'll make it right. They take pride in doing a good job and it shows - they have great relationships with their subcontractors. They also have a good eye for detail and are used to doing high-end work - Shirley and Fernando, the tile guy, spent time sorting out our tumbled marble tiles to make sure we had a bit of white in each tile as we'd asked for, and also threw out some tiles that were not in good shape, to make sure that the shower had the best look possible. Shirley would call or text pictures throughout the day and if she thought there was something that might look "off" from the way we wanted it, she would ask. Their communication is phenomenal; you tell them how you want something (for example, we wanted Redguard on the hardibacker); they tell their guys; the Redguard is on as you requested. Nothing is lost in communication. They also go the extra mile in establishing a good relationship--the day Carl and Fernando were to come to put the finishing touches on the bathroom, as timing would have it, that was the day the baby was born. Since we were going to the hospital, I emailed Kurt, Carl and Shirley to let them know and have them come another day. They waited at least a month before contacting me to see if I was ready to finish up the bathroom, knowing how hectic things were with a newborn. That was incredibly thoughtful of them. When our cleaning ladies messed up some of the tumble marble in our bathroom by using an acidic cleaner, Kurt knew how upset I was and came over as soon as he was able to take a look. He sent his granite guy Melchor to try and get rid of the damage (it was taken care of and now looks as it did before), and didn't even charge anything. In summary, you can trust that Bath & Tile will do a great, professional job, that they will be considerate and thoughtful, that they don't just "do your bathroom" but they take pride in their work and want it to look its best. Your money will be well spent on them.

Excellent work - done within the estimated time.

They were excellent. Their price was very fair considering the other quote that we got and they were just really good. To match the grout, we had them professionally clean the grout that was already there, which was the extra work that I had them to do. They were really laid back and just willing to work with us. The owner of the company was a really nice guy. We didn’t feel like we were conned.

It was a big job, and it took a bit longer than I expected but it was well worth the wait. Again, good experience, nice people, fair price and beautiful work.

I highly recommend Kurt and the entire team at Bath & tile Restoration. Although I decided to go with gold fixtures and floor to ceiling cultured marble instead of trendy ceramic tiles with brass faucets, he respected my decision and did not try to talk me out of it. He made some good suggestions regarding style and layout and quoted us on a few different variations. We are very pleased with the finished project. There were no hiccups, and the project was even completed a week earlier than anticipated. The workers cleaned up after themselves daily. Although he uses subcontractors for a lot of the work, you could tell these were subs that he had worked with on numerous occasions, and he had the same relationship with them that he would have with his own employees. He came to check on the progress and quality of the project often, and corrected any imperfections. I would definitely call them for any future home improvement projects!

Was very happy with the quick reply and services. Two lower rows of tile had come lose around the guest bath tub and needed to be replaced and new grout. Very professional--explained what was needed and completed in a timely manner.
