Overall work was well done. They fixed areas we thought could be better with no questions asked. They truly want to please the customer.

Everyone was on time (30 minute time slots) or early. From the initial sales consultation to the work performed. The tiles had water behind them. When they cut out the old tile, water was released. They stated they could complete the work today or come back at a later point when the water was dry. We waited a week. They came back on time and completed the work. I'm very happy with the work they performed and their honesty. Would use them again.

Absolutely wonderful! Alex, Richard and Blake are awesome! From the moment I reached out to them, I felt confident they were right for the job. They under promise and over deliver. And their pricing was super fair. The shower looks even better than I thought it would. So does the floor. They were prompt, clean and courteous. Never once did I feel they were trying to sell something I didn't need. And they educate you on how to keep it all looking good! I will call them only for any future needs. I was so happy, I almost cried! My shower looked terrible for about 9 years. Alex is a master at his craft!

This was the best contracor job we've ever had, and after two floods, that's a lot. The work was done perfectly and on time. They were neat, careful, and prompt. The owners visited the house every day to check on the work (not that they needed to - the tile guys were amazing). I only wish we'd met them *before* Harvey.

We rarely write reviews but we want to recommend Blake & Kurt of Bath and Tile Restoration without reservation. Great communication was important to us and they definitely delivered in this area. Blake kept us up to date so we always knew what to expect next. His subs arrived on time, did quality work and cleaned up afterwards. A special shout out to Mr. T for his excellent tile work and creative ideas. Any concerns we had throughout the process were addressed by Blake or Kurt swiftly and most importantly handled with professional integrity. It was our first experience with contractors and they made the process run smoothly and we are thrilled with the results.

Kurt explains everything in detail and is very professional. His employer Gabriel is friendly and did a fantastic job. I recommend to anyone.

Several workers were at my house on four different days, all were courteous and prompt. Work was done quickly and seems to be correct. All were willing to discuss work with me in detail.

Kurt showed up on Friday and took measurements, sent an estimate the same day. Started the work next Monday morning. Finished Tuesday afternoon. Dee, who was doing the work, was very professional, explained all the steps of the work. Listened to our requirements and made some adjustments. May be not the cheapest company, but the work was done quickly and with good quality.

Very smooth. The crews are very professional and kept a clean job site. Will differently use for future projects.

I have not hired this company yet but I wanted to write a review anyway. Kurt came out promptly and he actually told me how to do the tile ourselves if we wanted to save money. I really appreciated his honesty and help.

Kurt and crew did an excellent job on two bathrooms. They cleaned the tile and grout on both. They also replaced the floor tile in one of the showers. Looks like new. Highly recommended.

Good thorough job, on time, professional and reasonably priced

Guys that came were very friendly, knowledgeable and very prompt (a pet peeve of mine). They did a great job on the tile regrouting - everything looks so much better. He took the time to scrape out all of the hard water deposits and even did a little extra work outside the originally discussed sections just to be sure we had a good water-tight seal. I would hire these guys again. Attached are two 'before' photos and one 'after' photo.

The results were considerably better than I thought would be possible. The crew and estimator were courteous and professional, and gave us useful recommendations about how to care for and prevent these sorts of issues for ourselves in the future.

There was not a lot of difference from before and after the cleaning.

Good. Had to replace floor in shower. Three day process. Removed old tile and dried floor. New mud over liner and then tiled and grouted. Everything appears to be fine. Clean job. Technician laid down tarps where he walked and in bath.

Came and gave a good estimate, ended up going with a different provider who had originally done the work.

Scheduling was easy and fast. Kurt arrived at time stated and reviewed the situation. The work was completed on time and budget. He takes time to view the problem and provides cost effect options when a large amount of work is not needed. I worried that the crack in the grout meant a larger problem but he explained the issue and why it was a smaller job than I anticipated. Definitely worth hiring!

I had a very good experience with them.

The outcome was fantastic. Kurt came by for the estimate and said the work could be done in one day. The kitchen floor (grout) was completely filthy and he said that he could definitely improve upon that. Well, the kitchen floor looked brand new when Bath and Tile were finished. Same thing with the master bath shower. Amazing results. On time and better than I expected.

I contacted Kurt Holloway at (281) 705-4698. They replaced two counter tops with granite and replaced bad tile in shower. Cleaned and regrouted. Replaced glass around shower with frame-less panels.

The project went very well. We started quickly. Disturbance from the work was minimal. Both teams cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. The shower needed a week for all the water to dry from behind the old mildewed caulk joints. I know some folks might have cut corners but Alex insisted on waiting until everything was properly dry. Alex managed the shower restoration and it looks like new. He also fixed a deteriorated caulk line in my kitchen. Mr. Tee did the replacement of the giant travertine tiles, and although he had to cut tile put from under baseboard and close to perpendicular tile on the tub, the end result is flawless. It looks perfect. He also did the tile on the front porch and extended the grout to blend the color with the concrete understructure. I could not totally understand what he was telling me, but he definitely knows his work and is extremely skillful.

We never had to do shower and tub restoration before, so we received quotes from a few companies. It was a little strange because other company reps that came to our house for quotes stayed 1-2 hours examining one shower and one tub and working up quotes. The person from Bath & Tile spent about 15 minute in his visit. I felt like he worked efficiently because he was experienced and knowledgeable. Also, Bath & Tile gave us the most reasonable quote and didn't try to sell us additional products or services. The work crew they sent was polite, professional and finished their tasks neatly. They replaced the grout in a shower and separate bathtub. Also in the shower, they cleaned the tiles, removed mineral buildup on the fixtures and applied sealant. I was impressed with the shower- it looked new and completely clean. The shower has small glass tile and a lot of grout, so I was glad that it could be restored in stead of replaced, which would have cost thousands more. I would recommend Bath & Tile and I would use them again for future work.
