Description of Work: This company hires people off the street and presents them as professionals. Started the work after many weeks of delays, then disappeared into thin air after given a 12,000 payment. Did not finish the job, and what has been done, most needs to be re-done. Carpenters nailed holes in plumbing PVC, put hardy plank on backwards, put an exterior door in and didn't nail it to anything. The concrete (of which he is supposed to be an expert on) is horrible and second rate work. MANY other items done that must be rebuilt or fixed. Do NOT TRUST this company.

+ -1 moreBruno Concrete is a company that will promise you the best work ever and once money has changed hands, will become a magician and disappear. What work he did was horrible and he stopped halfway through the project and paid in full. This man is a THEIF!

+ 0 moreThey were fairly prompt in doing the work but it has been a nightmare to get Bruno out here to look at the problems. I have call logs going back to January trying to get him to repair it. recently, he told me on 5 different occasions he would be out to fix the problems. Every time he says he will be out on Thursday and every Thursday he fails to show up. He said "oh, I already bought the materials to fix your pool deck, I'll be out personally to do the work" but never shows up. Now he will not take my calls or return voicemail. Bruno can be a nice guy and I really hate writing bad reviews but this is going to cost me time and money taking him to court. Poor work and no communication. All I want is to have this fixed and I don't think that is too much to ask.
Description of Work: Bruno Concrete poured 1600 sq.ft. of concrete around my pool and did some sidewalks. In his contract he stated he would use plastic expansion joints and he did not. The very next day after they did the work we noticed a crack that ran all the way across the main problem area. Since then, that area has developed many cracks and they are all more than 1/4" wide. You can almost see the dirt below. Every single piece of concrete they poured has pretty big cracks in it. Very poor job.

+ -1 moreAn inferior quality of concrete was poured and it cracked. Since then, we've contacted Bruno six times and he's failed to return phone calls and to keep any appointments. We're ready to contact the Better Business Bureau. He's been unwilling to help repair the damage.
Description of Work: Bruno hired Everyday Concrete to pour the concrete for our driveway, which needed repairing.
