Under the Harris County order of “Stay Home, Work Safe”, residential and commercial masonry repair is considered an essential service to maintain the safety and essential operations of residences or other essential business. They were great! The people responded to me well. I think you get what you pay for but they never accepted the money until the job was done to my satisfaction. They came out and corrected some issues I had very well. I would recommend them.

My experience was good. They did a good job. They did the work when I was not there so I was happy I did not have to take off work. It was an easy process and they followed up with me after wards.

My experience has been very good. They were very clean and methodical. They had a level and made sure everything was even and worked. They took their time and did not try to rush the job. They were very courteous. It was like I had never damaged the partisan. I would use them again in the future. They did excellent work and everything matched up well.

My experience was fantastic. The mailbox is beautiful. I wanted the mailbox a certain way I wanted it and they did the work well. The bricks matched the house and they were very accomodating to my requests.

They are a very good company to work with. Scheduling an appointment worked out really well. They are a quality company. I have been pleased with them since they do good work.

Jonathan provided an estimate for the work to be done and waited recommended that the work not be done until the siding job was complete in case there was additional work or damage that needed to be included. After the siding work was complete, Brick Restoration did the work. This was absolutely the best experience I have had with a home repair. The work is flawless. The crack and brick repairs are virtually invisible. I have recommended Brick Restoration to several neighbors and friends and have no doubt they will also have a great experience.
Description of Work: Repaired cracks in mortar and bricks, removed paint overspray, rework several brick window sills, repaired brick damage, and restored concrete corner of foundation.

Very professional and responsive. Arrived on time and went right to work. It rained immediately after the job was completed so some of the mortar washed away so they returned a few days later and re-completed the washed out areas. I am very pleased with the workmanship and would recommend this company.

Punctual, professional, easy to deal with and they VOLUNTARILY honored my Angie's List coupon! Honest people and charged fairly.
Description of Work: Leaning brick walls around my patio. One side was leaning in about 40 degress and the other wall was splitting in the middle, leaning sideways causing the split. Large walls about 20 feet and 30 feet long. I had been researching solutions for a couple of years. I was about to decide to demolish and build wooden fence due to high cost of brick work. Every mason I interviewed quoted thousands just to demolish and hall off the brick!! When Brick Restorations examined my property, they recommended repair due to lower cost, esthetics and sound proofing offered by brick walls. It made sense and they seemed VERY confident which inspired me to trust their judgement. When I asked why no other mason made the same diagnosis and solution, the gentleman told me that not many people know the technique of repair that they do. It made total sense. They did the job in three days, as promised, left the job site clean. My walls are straight, there is a one year warranty on the job and it is fascinating how they managed to basically make a 'foundation' for the straightened wall. I am now planning on having them redo my brick patio ground as it is all uneven with tree roots. Fabulous experience!!!

They did a terrific job and did a great job matching the brick to a home that was built in the 1950's. They installed brick along the back of my home to cover up where three air conditioners were taken out. They had feather back openings, matched brick and covered up areas and then cleaned up and hauled off all debris.

My house is 75 years old. They were able to find a brick with the same texture and stain it to match the existing brick almost perfectly.

Brick Restoration provided a quote of $3060 to repair missing cracked and soft mortar on the exterior of my home. The rep said the work could be finished in 2 to 3 days. I had them perform the work and they completed it in 2 days for what they quoted, $3060. The results were excellent and their work looked great. I gave them a B on pricing because $3060 felt a little high for 2 men for 2 days. However, they did great work so I think it was worth it.

They were able to come one day after I approved the work. They arrived promptly and performed the work to my complete satisfaction. They were very courteous and helpful.

My only concern for Brick Restoration (as a consumer and real estate agent) is that they aren't quick to get to your need. Probably so few companies out there but I wish they could hire more people to meet the need.

I was very pleased with the services provided. The work was scheduled immediately, and everything was completed in a timely manner. The work was professional, the workers were cheerful, and the added benefit of having an Angies list discount AND a Senior discount made the price that much better. Work was done quickly and is very high quality. It looks beautiful. I would give them an A + if I could.
Description of Work: The owner is the nicest guy I have ever met! I told them what I wanted, and they started the next week. they did brick work on the front and back of my barn. They did 3 rock walks, and sealed three of them, and installed a brand new one. The owner was there everytime they worked,. They were efficient, and watched out for my horses. They went the extra mile, and he even put a ramp in that I didn't even know I needed.

Called Brick Restoration sometime in November or December ... don't remember.
Description of Work: I called this provider and gave him our address. He said he would go out and look at what repairs needed to be made, and would give me an estimate. He never sent and estimate, and never called back. I then called BrickMasters and they did a great job for me.
