The 3 man crew came on time at 9AM. My first impression: Their truck was well organized. It reminded me of my retired firefighter friend's firetruck. They explained what they were going to do in detail. They quickly cleared the work site, setup scaffolding, and an impressive set of power tools (diamond saw and electric masonry drill). They removed the bad rows of bricks then they showed me the source of the problem: leaking and missing flashing behind the brickwork. They finished the whole job by early afternoon and cleaning up very well. The job looks great. They matched the old bricks and mortar perfectly, plus now we have flashing and weep holes for drainage. We've had one heavy rain since they finished the job - no leaks.

Very well. The crew came out as scheduled, pressure washed the exterior of the house, completed all of the work in the two days that were described, and cleaned up afterward. It is impossible to tell where the work was done, as the brick color was matched perfectly.

Max and his two helpers came on time and did a professional job. One worker worked inside while the other two worked on the roof. They had to stop working due to heavy rain downpour but they came promptly the next morning and completed the job. They cleaned up and showed me photos of the chimney repair.

Brick restoration repaired cracks and voids in my brick mortar for my 37 year old home. They matched the color of my mortar so exactly that you can not see any of the repairs. I would definitely use this company for any brick repairs and would recommend them to any one requiring brick repairs.

Jonathan came to our house and promptly provided a bid for our needed repairs. The job was then scheduled in a timely manner and Alfredo and an assistant did a fine job, and met our expectations in every respect. This is the third time I have used BRI for repairs and they have completely met our expectations in every instance. It would be a pleasure to work with BRI again if the need arises.

BRI said they could match the brick, and they matched it exactly. We played a lot of tag trying to coordinate my availability with theirs, but they were great about communicating with me, and we ultimately agreed on a date that worked for both of us. They came in and did the work very efficiently and professionally, and I'm extremely pleased with the result.

The guys that they sent were punctual and polite and did a great job. They matched the color of the grout perfectly. My only issue was that we overpaid for the service. I would say to get more quotes or ask them to knock down the price if you use them. Way to much money for what was done and I regret using them, if I had gone another route I probably would have saved $500 or even more.

The work was good but it could have been better.

A plumbing company replaced my sewer line. The line is under a brick patio that surrounds the back yard pool. The plumbing company advised that they would not be able to replace the bricks because the soil would need to be compacted, a weed barrier would need to be installed, and a concrete base would need to be put in. I showed Brick Restoration, Inc. the area involved, showed the piles of bricks that needed to be replaced, and asked if their company could do the job. In so asking I mentioned it would be like a big jig saw puzzle that needed to be put back together piece by piece I was assured that BRi could do the job. Shortly after the crew arrived and began sorting out the bricks, one gentleman set up a saw. I explained that there would be no need for a saw since all of the pieces were there. The crew master told me that they were the professionals and that they knew what they were doing. When I checked with them later in the day they had cut many of my bricks to fit in where they needed them. When I found one brick that had been nicely cut by the original installer, I mentioned that it should go around a pipe. The crew master took the brick from me but eventually did not use it where it originally went. Indeed, when I went out after the crew had left for the day that brick was gone. The first crew used zero of the curved bricks from the original installer. Ultimately the first crew ran out of my bricks and brought in some of their own. Alas, many of these did not resemble my bricks. The work of the first crew was unacceptable. Moreover, in cutting bricks by the pool they put so much dust and debris in the pool that I had to clean the pool's DE filter. BRi sent a second crew to repair the efforts of the first crew. Although the second crew did much better work, they could not cut rounded curves and thus all areas where curves were needed now have jagged cuts. Some of the replacement bricks brought by the second crew were larger than my original bricks. They cut these down to "fit" in but in doing so left several bricks in tapered shapes rather than rectangular shape. The second crew were very polite but unable to correct all the damage caused by the first crew.

Great! The crew arrived on time and, as far as I can tell, did a very professional job. Anthony, the guy in charge of the crew, even went so far as to get in the crawl space and verify that the moisture hadn't come from a broken pipe. They did a detailed inspection of other possible masonry issues including a few loose bricks in the chimney.

I got them from Angie's List. I'm very satisfied. So far, so good.

Mr. Zumeta came over on June 19th for an estimate. Had several cracks around the house (an extremely bad horizontal one under a back window), and a 35-yr. old expansion joint that needed to be replaced. Had foundation work 3 years ago and kept putting off repairing the vertical crack down my fireplace. Due to age 3 foundation corners needed to be repaired. Mr. Zumeta was very friendly and professional. The first repair date had to be pushed ahead because of the heavy June rains to July 6.. A two man crew came to do the work on time and finished in about 2.5 hours. I was so amazed at the color matching for all of the repairs. One major reason I picked BRI was because they use their own employees, not subcontractors. And of course they are highly rated on Angie's List! Would definitely use again.

It went great! George came out and gave me an estimate. He explained what needed to be repaired and how his crew were going to do the process. Within 5 days of my approval of them doing the job, they came out and did a superb job. They cleaned up after they were finished and were easy to work with. I could have not have had a better outcome. Wish all contractors were that good.

They came out out gave me an estimate on the work to be performed. They told me the work would be done on the 4 th Friday of the Month. I called to confirm and they wouldn't return the telephone call. Therefore, they are unreliable.

They were very responsive, efficient, and professional. The brick around the chimney had blackened with heavy mildew and had several cracks in the mortar. Everything looks fantastic now. They matched the mortar perfectly on my 30 year old house.

I selected 4 companies to give me bids on this extensive job having many 3 to 6 foot cracks on 3 sides of the house. Brick Restoration was about 10% higher than the 2 middle bids and worth every penny!!! Their repair is imperceptible! They not only repaired the obvious, large cracks, they repaired cracks as small as a single brick. When true artisan craftsmen do such a superior job, they are worth paying appropriately. Every brick and all mortar was color matched and blended so finely that even knowing where they were, it is impossible to see some of them at all and the rest are truly nearly invisible. They were professional and efficient from the office staff to the craftsmen working on the house. I would recommend them to anyone needing fine, detailed work, and I will certainly use them again.

We had some issues with our chimney after having the house leveled leaving cracked mortar and the brick was streaked and stained from age. We selected another company to make repairs because they were significantly less expensive, but the repairs were superficial and we were unhappy with them. The Brick Restoration people know their business. They transformed the look of the front of our house with their work. The brick looks wonderful. Wish I would have started with them. It would have saved money. They may be more expensive, but they are brick artists.

The service was excellent from the estimation process through the repair. All were professional and punctual. I would recommend highly.

My over all experience was not very good. They did the work fine but a few months later, cracks were showing up. It should not have been cracking in the first place. I had to call for them to come back out to make sure they added enough mortar. I felt the price was excessive for the amount of work they did. There were two guys here doing the work and it took 2 hours to complete when I was told it was going to be an all day job.

It went well. They did the work in one day and the material blended in quite well with the other bricks. They also found and filled cracks that I did not know existed. They were thorough and the cracks have not reappeared.

Went fine. Showed up on time, preformed work as planned. Overall, good job with no issues whatsoever.
