Excellent responsiveness, service and workmanship. Showed up on time, went right to work and worked steady until the job was complete. Cleaned up the area better than they found it. Matched existing brick with new brick. Extremely satisfied and will definitely use them if I need any work in the future.

My yard is surrounded by a 7 feet brick fence. The fence is 26 years old and for the first time this fall, I noticed that 6 of the column caps were cracked and the bricks and mortar was coming apart. We had had a severe drought 2 summers ago, so along with age and tree roots, the brick fence began to come apart. Brick Restoration came out and gave me a quote. I approved the work and the repair was done within 2 weeks of the initial visit. The fence looks great - you cannot tell where it was repaired. The workers were neat and nice. I would highly recommend them!

We were selling our home so needed some brick pointing to repairs 20 years of holes and minor cracks. The end result was great. We did have to call them back to clean up mortar that was dropped on a wood deck and patio and to complete some areas that were missed. On the first visit they were several hours late for the first round and the crew appeared to be in a big hurry to complete the job before dark, hence, the missed areas and lack of cleanup. It took two calls to get them back out. When they did come back the work was done very well. Bottom line: I little extra efforts was needed to get the work done but I looked great. I would use them again.

The brick veneer at my house needed some work in multiple locations. Brick Restoration sent one of their manager to quote & visualize the work requested, the person was prompt, very courteous and forwarded a quotation within a day as promised. Once I gave my ok to perform the work, the team was dispatched a few days later as agreed. The work took place over two days and they showed up pretty much on time, both gentlemen were nice quiet guys who performed quality work very quickly. After the work was complete they cleaned the work area fairly well, some dust & mortar left here and there though but not a big deal. Indeed it is hard to see were the cracks & holes used to be, they did a great job at matching the bricks & mortar color. All of the items I had requested to be repaired were done and they even went beyond the scope I had indicated and fixed a few extra holes & gaps with the leftover mortar they had. Billing process went very well too, no surprises and they honored the Angie's List coupon. The office administrator dealing with appointments, quotes & invoices always answers email really fast.

We had cracks in several places in the bricks on the exterior of our garage due to foundation movement. There was one major crack stretching from the top to the bottom and a few smaller ones. I was told they would arrive by 9 a.m. but they did not show up on time and I had to call the office to confirm the actual time of arrival. Then the crew called 30 minutes before their arrival and performed the repair in one hour. I couldn't find the cracks after they were done. They did an excellent job! The only issue was punctuality. The work was done well and the crew was courteous and professional.

George came to our home and gave me an estimate with 24 hours of contacting him. Once I decided to go with this company, the crew arrived sooner than expected and completed the work within a couple of hours. Everything looks good and I will use again!

The crew was on time and carefully removed tiles at front and side of balcony to allow replacement of metal flashing. They were efficient and polite, and although I hope not to have a masonry problem again, if I do I would definitely use Brick Restoration. The balcony looks great. They did the job the way the builder should have done it to begin with.

Because of this, they noticed an area in the front of the house that a different service provider had taken of where there was a crack and the color of the grout didn’t match very well and they took care of this as well. We had called a differ company and received an estimate from, JQ Brick, and that company never called us back due to the size of the job. Also, Brick Restoration was less expensive. I would recommend their service to others and would call them back if needed.

There was a little mix up with the initial appointment because one of their workers was involved in a car accident in the company vehicle. We rescheduled and when they came out we were pleased with them. They had also done some work for our community and I saw the quality of their restoration work, which is why we went with them primarily. They were on-time and the communication as to who was was coming out was very good. The workers were very good about communicating the work they were doing/reviewing the work order and cleaned up well after themselves and we would recommend their services to others.

We needed to reschedule and they very accommodating. The quality of the work was very high, as you can't even tell where they replaced brick. They were able to match 30 year old brick almost perfectly. I was impressed that they kept a stockpile of all kinds of brick that has been used in the area. George, the sales representative that we dealt with, was very delightful to work with. I liked his honesty and his knowledge of the work we needed. Although the price was a little higher than the other two bids we received, the extra cost was well worth the quality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I called, scheduled appointment. Met with Contractor, received quote same day. I submitted the next day. They promptly called and wanted to start, but I wanted to wait a month. (the house had movement from bad drain lines. and needed to settle). They Followed up a month later, and I gave them the go ahead to start. I have looked several times, and can't see any cracks, etc. Can't even see where they were. My neighbor came over and said he looked just after they left, and he couldn't see them either. Good Job.

We are readying our 35 year old home for the market. Brick restoration did a remarkable job with some repairs and tidying up some missing mortar. We are very pleased with their workmanship and responsiveness.

I noticed a rather large crack on the side of the house. Brick Restoration came by and repaired that crack and another small one they noticed on the other side of the house by the kitchen window. We supplied our own bricks which were left over from a previous project. When the work was finished you could not even tell where the large crack had been. They cleaned up after themselves and even recaulked around the kitchen window where there was a small gap. They did an excellent job!

I didn't want to spend thousands removing the sidewalk and applying a new one, so they repaired the few broken bricks and leveled the mortar from section to section to make it look smooth. And when I pointed out a couple of other places, they quickly grabbed their tools and corrected it too. Really nice gentlemen, kind, professional, and perfectionist. ;-) I like that a lot.

They did a great job. I was hoping to get them to repair the bottom of the mailbox in addition to the top, but unfortunately they would have had to rebuild the whole thing if they were to do that.

My biggest complaint with the service is calling and saying they would show up to do the repair on a specific day and not show up or call. I could get that kind of service without Angie's List. Don't say you're coming and not show up or call. The work was done and I am assuming okay. I am 66 years old and am not going to climb up on my roof to check out the work.. My pet peeve is not showing up when you say you are coming.

My house is almost 40 years old but in very good condition. There are areas in the brick work of the chimney and front wall/arch where the grout has eroded away. One contractor told me that it would be a very expensive repair, requiring that the remaining existing grout in the worn areas would have to be ground out before filling in with new grout. I call Brick Restoration for another opinion and estimate. When Victor came to the house to give an estimate, he was punctual and I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He assured me that the brick is structurally sound and that all it needed was new matching grout to fill in the gaps. I thought his price was quite reasonable and approved the job. Before the job was initiated, I contacted him again to clarify that the repairs would be done to the top of the chimney, not just the lower portion. He assured me that it would, but would not include repairs to the chimney cap, if needed. The workers did an excellent job. The repairs are virtually invisible. However, they didn't go all the way to the top of the chimney. When I asked the leader about it, I think he said that they didn't have a tall enough ladder. I contacted Brick Restoration about having the remainder of the chimney done. The phone receptionist does nothing but pass messages so Victor called me back. I told him that I had expected the repairs to go to the top of the chimney. I also told him that I wanted the chimney cleaned. I asked him for an estimate for cleaning the chimney and finishing the grout repair. After some delay, I finally received it and approved the work. It still hasn't been done and I have had no further communications from Victor. I am very happy with the quality of the work that was done. However, I don't feel that the job was completed as bid. Victor was slow in returning most of my calls and never took the initiative to keep me informed about scheduling work. Even offering to pay extra and include additional work has been futile in getting the job completed. Perhaps this job was just too small for them. If so, they shouldn't have taken it.

I was having windows installed and Brick Restoration Inc was recommended by the window company. A man came to my home and visually inspected the window opening. He was only there for maybe 5-10 minutes and told me it shouldn?t be too much to do this; he was very courteous and polite. A day or so later I get an estimate for $980 which I thought was a little high considering the only materials needed were a piece of metal (the lintel) and some mortar. I had the work completed by another mason on Angie?s list for $410, less than half what I was quoted by Brick Restoration Inc.

Job went great. Crew was punctual and cleaned up after the job. This is my 3rd time to use them.
