There was a little lack of communication in gettnig the project started. I approved the bid, but had to call twice to make sure I was still in line to get the work done. I was told that I'd be called to confirm the date. I never got that call, but did receive a call saying the work had been completed.

The brick on the front of my garage was run into by a car and I had no spare bricks. The bricks are not nearly uniformly colored but Brick Restoration was able to match it perfectly. You cannot tell what bricks were replaced and which were part of the original structure. It took a while to schedule the job and they had to take a piece of my broken brick and come back the next day with the matched brick, but other than that it was a great experience.

This company truly was interested in doing my job. I felt I could trust them just by talking to them over the phone. George was very much the professional and offered suggestions which meant a lot. The crew was a very hard working crew and their work was flawless. So much that neighbors that looked at the wall could not tell that it had been rebuilt. I am very pleased and would certainly recommend Brick Restoration. I will be using them again in the future.

I conatacted the company upon receipt of the referral from Service Magic and scheduled a time for them to come out and give me an estimate. I received literature on the company and work previously done and a business card. We did a walk-through of the house where I pointed out mortar that I needed repaired. They pointed out additional areas that needed repairs that were included in the estimate provided. I was told that given previously scheduled work, my job could start in about a week. After a week, I called, work was scheduled. Excellent job, pleasant contractors. Looks like the rest of the brick work on the house.
