Tod is honest and helpful. Besides being thorough and professional in his A/C work, he is considerate of the people and pets involved. He did more than he was required, all at a fair and competitive price.

My 4th story temperature dropped from 84F to 69F (my son likes it cold) overnight after all the ducts and vents were cleaned and AC filter changed. THANK YOU TODD!

Tod explained all the services he could provide and then left it up to me to choose which things I wanted done - no pressure from him. Did numerous little "extras" at no charge. Kept work area clean and organized. Very thorough in his work. Highly recommend him.

Up front and honest

We have had five other companies come out to look at our ducts. Our bedrooms are extremely hot and all the other companies told me there was nothing wrong, and one company even told us we needed to spend $6k on new ductwork. Mr. Boyd is the only one who was able to help solve our problem. He was able to fix our problem the same day, and he also recommended other things we could do to increase our air flow. He was very friendly and honest. We will definitely call him back out in the future if we have any issues.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work that Boyd Services, LLC provided to us. We initially scheduled an indoor air quality test. Tod Boyd arrived at our home in January and performed a thorough test of all of our rooms. He was very professional and sat down with us to go over all of our options. He never pushed us on a hard sell and just made recommendations on what he could do for us. We decided on air duct cleaning, an anti microbial treatment, duct caulking and an O3 treatment. Tod arrived and performed all of the work over this weekend. We received great communication from him during the work and appointment times. His work was excellent and very clean. We immediately noticed a big difference! We plan to use him again very soon for some air balancing issues that we have in our home. I highly recommend him and will be letting our friends know about his company.

When Tod (Boyd Services) came out to give us an estimate about the possibility of replacing our A/C ducts and balancing our system, he listened to our concerns and looked over everything thoroughly. Afterwards, he sat down and explained to us that he recommended a good duct cleaning and to make repairs to those ducts that needed it versus replacing them���... a real cost saver. He gave us many options to choose from and explained each in great detail including the price. After reviewing his proposal versus his competitors, we chose his. We liked what he had to say and he came across as very honest. On the date of the scheduled cleaning he showed up on time as promised and got right to work. He stayed very busy all day long all the while doing all he could to keep our house clean. He was very polite and respectful and did everything he said he was going to for the prices he quoted. At the end of the day he said he would call us back the next week to schedule the duct repair. As promised, he did just that, setting up the appointment two days later. Again, he showed up on time and made the repairs as quoted. I���m very happy to say our system is running much better (and cleaner) because of his work. You can bet the next time we need HVAC work we will call Tod as we strongly recommend his services.
