Tod was very thorough. He and his technician removed each vent cover and washed them all, even the greasy ones from the kitchen. It was literally a "breath of fresh air." His estimate was very high compared to the other companies. But then I read how most of the other companies 'bait and switch' and, when you don't agree to their higher prices, just rush through the job. Tod was here all day since I had over 25 vents and 4 intakes and 2 units. It was a big job. But I never felt like he was rushing to get to the next job. I'd recommend him again.

Like the other project on this day, I was so amazed that Tod was willing to come out on the same day, a Sunday, to fix my carpet. I was really in a bind to get this work done to be able to confirm for the sale of my house. I am so appreciative for the service, the quality and professionalism that was given to me and will definitely use Tod again in the future. I could not be home when he cleaned the windows. This bothered me, but when I did get home I could see me shiny clean windows from down the street. Very fast and very good. Be sure to add the wax coating, it's worth it!

The carpet was wrinkled in many places. Todd arrived on schedule and did excellent work in stretching and re-attach the carpet. Also corrected some installation errors at the doorways where the carpet had been left with a slight bulge. The hallway has many doors and was a challenge but Todd made it look like new again.
