Very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent work for a reasonable price. Did not try to sell me lots of additional services, I would definitely call them again, and would recommend him to others.

Todd Boyd was courteous, friendly, and professional and most importantly - honest. Rather than convincing me to use his duct cleaning services he recommended either leaving them alone or replacing them. He said the ductboard construction with internal insulation requires great care and must be done by hand with a HEPA vac. Other methods damage the fiberglass. He said because of limited access they could not be properly cleaned. He recommended other professionals if I chose replacement (he does not do this). He also said that BBB ratings are subject to their annual fee - I trusted the Service Magic reviews and they were accurate !!

Tod replaced the entire duct work in our house. Very professional and did a great job on replacement and air balancing the system. Highly recommend him for this type work.

The quality was great and as the other reviews stated, on time and very professional. As for the value, I'm not sure as I have not done this before (additional duct work installation) so I gave it a neutral.

The mark of a true professional is one who turns away business because the requested service won't produce cost-effective results. Mr. Boyd recommended that I not clean my duckwork due to the age and structure of the ducts. He took the time to come out and make a bid, only to discover that my ductwork was the kind where insulation was inside retangular sheet metal ducts. He clearly described to me what he could do, given the ducts, and how much time (expense) it would take, further explaining that replacing the ducts would produce a better result (even though he does not do that kind of work). He did not charge for the trip or advice.

Todd did a great job. He tookt he job at the last minute after Sears gave me problems. He showed at the time he promised. He did a nice job and did not leave a mess. I will use him again.

He was on-time, on-budget and the work was done cleanly.

Mr. Boyd was friendly and personable but above all knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what he had to do to clean my dryer vent. I felt like I was back in a small town again where everyone takes care to do things right and to their best ability. You can't go wrong hiring Mr. Boyd. I felt like there were others cheaper but I knew they would "tag" on expenses when they got to my house. Mr. Boyd has a set amount and I felt like I got way more than my dollars worth, not to mention he knew exactly what he was doing. That's something worthwhile in today's society.
