 + 1 moreI would not recommend this business. I had 10 photos restored at a cost of $2800 - very expensive. I asked to get a digital copy of the images and Mercedes said they do not put them on CD's...too difficult! First they said they would provide a digital image on a CD, $100 for each photo. I said I only needed 2 images but they said I had to buy all 10. Other photo restoration business' will provide you with a digital copy.
Description of Work: Photo restoration of 10 photographs, most with just minor touch ups.

 + -1 moreOverall it was a good experience. I visited the studio for the first time in mid October '08. I met Mercedes and explained the history of the brown tone picture and what I was looking for as a final product (color reproductions). Mercedes explained pricing and we agreed on a completion date. I was able to pick-up the final products on time. I was very pleased with the color pictures and so were the family members I gave the 8X10's.
Description of Work: Produced (1) 11X14 color picture and (3) 8X10 color pictures from an old brown tone picture of a family member.
