Vidal came out to our house, on time and scheduling was very easy. He drew the house and took measurements and advised that work was not necessary at this time. Should I have any foundation problems in the future, I will not hesitate to call them back and would definitely refer them to friends as he was very professional.

We asked Mr Bonilla to check our foundation before we replacing our floor. The office called to say he would be late. Mr Bonilla arrived at the revised time, was friendly and quickly assessed our foundation. No work required and no charge for the good news! Thanks

Mr. Bonilla came out to look at our foundation and provide a quote. He was prompt, thorough, very courteous and dressed professionally. I always appreciate a businessman, or woman, that dresses with pride in themselves and their company. A quote was provided during his visit. He answered all of our questions. We considered several other companies but chose Bonilla based on professionalism, excellent ratings, and their reasonable price. They were even able to move up our repair date. Alex and his crew came out and completed the job in two days. His crew was courteous, worked hard and cleaned up extremely well. We had a plumbing leak that needed to be fixed and Bonilla left open their tunneling to allow access for the plumbers. They came back after the plumbing work was complete and filled in the tunnels. It was a pleasure doing business with Bonilla Foundation.

Mr. Bonilla indicated that the cracks I was seeing was just typical settling of my house (over 25 years old) versus another foundation company that had quoted me over $20,000 in work they wanted to do. He showed me the numbers and indicated I just needed to do a few things around the house to maintain the current foundation. He did not charge for the consult and told me I did not need foundation work done. It's rare to find honest companies any longer that are willing to consult free of charge and give their honest professional opinion instead of just scamming residential customers. Would highly recommend this company.

I am a female and live alone and he could of easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge of foundation as other companies have done throughout this process. I trust him because I told him another company said I needed pilings ( i had a quote) and he could of easily jumped on that and followed suit..but he DID NOT.. I asked some questions about what I could do detect that I could have issue and gave me some tips. I told Mr. Bonilla that I will keep his contact information in my phone and if I noticed what he told me to look for I would call him for assistance.

Bonilla did a great job - can't recommend highly enough. Arrived very promptly and quickly assessed that I had no significant issues. They also brought in a machine to verify the house was level. They were very patient with all of my questions. If I ever have any issues again I will definitely call them and recommend them to others.

They came to provide an assessment/estimate and were punctual and thorough. I especially appreciated that he told me what they could do and couldn't and the impact of various services. He provided an estimate and they called to schedule the services. They then called back and had an earlier date, which I accepted. The workers arrived on time, provided the services promised, and finished and cleaned up before leaving.

They were on time and completd within 2 days. They contained the dirt piles created from digging to put the supports under the house and replaced the bushes that were moved and repaired the one spot where they had to cut concrete. Very professional.

He did a thorough job checking out our issues and answered all our questions. In the end he gave his honest opinion that we could wait to do any repairs. Overall, we found Bonilla Foundation Repair to be very professional and would not hesitate to call them again.

First they thoroughly explained the issues we had with the foundation and gave us 2 options for repair. We were given a floor plan and estimate of cost to repair. We chose to go with tunneling under the house which was an extra expense for us but was well worth it. The crew were very professional, courteous ,and efficient. They didn't have to come into the house, kept us informed of their progress on a daily basis. They took out several of our bushes that we had planned to get rid of , replaced all the dirt and cleaned up the entire yard afterwards. We were given a warranty after the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Vidal inspected my foundation and also used an electronic leveler that measured the exact foundation movements. He was very honest and stated that if this was his house ?I wouldn?t have any foundation work done?. WOW! Most companies only want to sell you something. Instead, he went over preventative measures so I wouldn?t need foundation repair in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Provider arrived moderately early. Surveyed the exterior of the house, noting that the fireplace was added after the house was built and was on its own foundation. Moved indoors, and used computerized gizmo to measure the comparative elevation of key spots in the house. Most places were 1/8" to 1-1/2" high. The only low spot was in front of the fireplace. Due to the separate foundation, Bonilla cannot repair this. However, they recommended a provider who could. The inspector reassured us that the house was actually quite fine and that we shouldn't worry. He was very cordial despite not getting any work from us. In short: Bonilla Foundation Repair was honest and very professional. Kudos to them!

When you think nobody can surprise you, an honest man leaves you with your mouth wide open... Turned out my problem was not the foundation. After a extensive and a very professional check-up of every corner and every part of my house (including an amazing hand-made house diagram), he explained that the situation was not about foundation but about an old addition made to the house thru the driveway and told me what to do in order to fix the problems I was experiencing with my home. He charged me ZERO (0) dollars. Mr Bonilla was kind, nice, VERY PROFESSIONAL and HONEST. I really don't know what else you can ask for!!! Today was a good day. If the day comes (I hope not!!!) when I will need a foundation repair, without even thinking about it, I will call them. I am going to recommend him to whoever I know that needs foundation repair.

Mr. Bonilla arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He measured the areas of concern, did his calculations and explained the process of foundation remediation. He gave us various suggestions on how to correct our problem which included those most economical. We appreciate his suggestions and would refer him to others.

Awesome company. These guys raised our 1930 bungalow in located in The Heights. When we purchased it, the house had the original footings. Bonilla came out and replaced all footings (+-28 total), replaced support beams, and raised our house two full blocks all in a weeks time. We are planning on adding to our home later and they are the first people we will call for our future foundation needs.

Basically the foundation of the house was not level. The floors were not level so they removed the old cement blocks and installed new ones and made sure everything was level. They were very knowledgeable and they got the job done very quickly. It seem like the quality is good. They were really good.

They were extremely professional. An English speaking person always stayed with the crew. It was during one of the rainiest times and they stayed to finish the work coming back checking the job to see if they could get more done. All my really important, valuable shrubs in the flower bed were protected and unharmed. I would hire them again if I needed...hopefully I won't.

Work was done in two days. Workers arrived as scheduled and were very professional. Number of 1 ft cylinders required, for each piling to reach point of refusal, varied greatly around my house, with one side averaging 7 to 8 cylinders and one back corner requiring 27 piers. During the work , a sewer access cap was damaged. This was reported to me and fixed with no issues. Clean up was done quickly and well. No issues or problems. Very good work. Very pleased with service.

They did an excellent job. English speaking supervisor on site at all times who was extraordinarily patient with me and my endless questions. The attitude of all workers was impressive. They were respectful of my property, as well as that of my neighbors. Excellent job of cleaning up after job completion.
