I consulted with them regarding a tricky foundation repair, and they were honest enough to say this was not the best job for them and recommended me to another company who did a fantastic job. they did not charge for the consultation.

Description of Work: We asked Bonilla to come look at our foundation since we started having cracks in our drywall. They showed up and were very professional and nice. We ended up not needing their services but I would definitely call them in the future if we have any other issues.

I would not hesitate to recommend Bonilla for anyone having foundation problems. They are simply a first rate organization.

Description of Work: They raised the front half of an 1800 sq. foot single-story residence. They performed exactly what the said they would, the way they said they would, when they said they would. The on-site crew was very professional and when it was done they put things back the way they were (ie landscaping).

Description of Work: Just moved into a home on the southeast side of Houston that has a pier and beam foundation. I plan to have some remodeling done and wanted to be sure everything is level before starting any major work. Mr. Bonilla arrivedd on schedule, did an evaluation, and concluded that no foundation work is needed at this time. He could have sold me servies that I don't need. The company gets top marks for honesty and intergrity. The next time I think I might have a foundation issue, the first call I make will be to Bonilla.

Description of Work: They installed 14 exterior pilings along the front and one side of my house. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They finished the whole job in a couple of days and did an excellent job of cleaning up my property after they were through with their work. They did cause a pretty bad crack in my exterior brick on the front of my house which cost $250 to repair but Mr. Bonilla very graciously deducted $250 from the cost of his work. I would definitely use Bonilla Foundation Repair again and I would definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: Well... I suppose that it is possible that they would get an A+ rating across the board, but not from me because they were a no show! I guess they must be super busy because I called 2 weeks earlier and was only able to schedule an inspection 2 weeks out! I called 3 other companies (whom are well rated in Angies List) for a quote / evaluation and all 3 came out within a week. When the day came for my scheduled inspection, i had to take a PTO day just to be home. I waited... but 4 hours later.. nope... nothing. No phone call, no email.. nothing.. just no show. I wasted a PTO day. I guess they had no need for my business.. so i gave it to someone else. I hope other people have better luck with this company.
