The crew arrived on time. Before starting, three supervisors inspected our home, discussed the job, and then one supervisor stayed behind. The crew got right to work. Initially the job was estimated to take a half-day, but they were here most of the day and I'm not sure if they ever took a break. The supervisor who checked the work from inside the house never went under the house so he stayed clean (and removed his shoes before coming in), which I appreciate. The house feels much more solid now, and the "shaky" spots are tightened up, with very little movement or additional cracks (which always happens to some degree after shimming). Very fine service from the people in the office to the people under the house. A good company. I would use them again without hesitation.

Mr. Bonilla and the crew were great to work with. Their professionalism and work ethics prevailed through the continous rain that accompanied the job. They went well beyond my greatest expectations to ensure that the job was done right. I would call them again with hesitation - their business ethics and knowledge sets them far above the competition.

He got right into working and didn't waste any time. He was very effecient. He took a look at the foundation and let me know that no work needed to be done. He drew a sketch of the areas he inspected and left that with me. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection.

The work was scheduled to begin on 4/5/10 but I was called by his office that the job they were doing was more complicated than they expected and asked to reschedule for the following Monday. It was totally understandable that things like this happen and they did call me in plenty of time to avoid any inconvenience to me. They showed up right on time at 9AM on 4/12/10 with a crew of men to begin work. They immediately went to work under the house with no delay. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and how quickly they got started. Mr. Bonilla was constantly checking and supervising the adjustments made to levelling the house and showed himself to be extremely patient trying to work around in my house with 3 dogs that wanted to be involved with his inspections. Mr. Bonilla pointed out some rotted beams that needed to be reinforced or replaced and immediately calculated what the additional cost would be. He even pointed out some rotting that could wait for a year or so if I wanted to wait on the expense but I decided to have it all done as long as they were under there. I cannot praise him enough for the work that was done and the courteous attitude of him and his workers. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of the type of foundation work I had done.

I bought an old pier and beam home which had sloped forward. Mr. Bonilla explained the problems I would have if I chose to level house completely. We added piers for support and lifted the house slowly to mitigate structural damage. The crew cleaned up after the job despite heavy rain making things rather muddy. Only one small complaint and that is in regard to the start date. It was a Friday, so the front yard was torn up over the weekend

Mr. Bonilla patiently answered all of my questions and collaborated with my engineer to design and execute the repair plan. The Bonilla team was timely and polite, considerate of my neighbors and cleaned the entire work area at the end of each day. They staged the project in such a way to minimize the amount of time that my dog was not able to access the yard and ensured that I had access to my garage. The team began and concluded the job as promised. They were dedicated to delivering the highest quality service and provided a lifetime warranty. I selected Bonilla Foundation after receiving bids from 4 other companies and highly recommend this firm.

They were very punctual and neat. They did everything they said they would and there were no surprises. Highly recommended. I have used two other foundation companies in the past and this was a much better value at around $230 per pier.

They arrived when they said they would. The job took one week to complete. They replaced plants concrete removed. They left the yard in about the same condition it was in. No mess or piles of dirt left behind.

I loved them. The price was right, and it was very timely. They returned when there was a problem settling. The owners were wonderful to work with, and they were able to work in conjunction with another company.
