Bonilla Foundation Repair

Mr.Bonilla came himself ,he was very professional and on time. He looked around the house ,inside the house checked all doors in the house and did measurments of every corner of the house.He gave us drawing of the house which show how much house is sinking and what direction is going. Mr Bonilla was very helpfull and honest in his recommendations and opinions what should we do now and in the future to fix the problem.I would recommend Mr Bonilla to anybody who needs help w their house foundation,and I am looking forward to working with them in a future.

This was a great experience. Mr Bonilla is very honest man. I would highly recommend him. It was a scary ordeal and I was nervous about the whole thing, but Bonilla made sure everything went very smoothly.

Vidal Bonilla came out and gave us an estimate for the foundation repair work. He took the time to show us where the problems were and how they would go about solving the problems. The crew came out in the early morning and began the work. I was impressed with the professionalism and effort made to make sure everything was done correctly. Mr. Bonilla was extremely courteous and mannerly during inspection. Explained thoroughly as he went through inspection procedure, took time to answer questions in detail. Upon finishing his complete walk through he was very honest and told me that I did not need to have any work done. Not very many companies that will do that these days so I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone that asks.

Mr. Bonilla was prompt and professional. Work commenced one week after his initial visit. They arrived on time and completed the work on time as well. They were polite and neat. They had to put piers on one side of my house where I share a property line. They returned my neighbor's yard to its original condition. We have not selected a contractor for leveling yet, but Bonilla is on the short list. Very professional.

Project took two days as estimated. Workers were very efficient and quiet for the manual labor that was involved. Both of the Bonilla brothers (owners) were very involved at the start of the project. A long time supervisor (of 19 years) was responsible for coordinating the actaul raising of the foundation and re-measurement and documenting all results for warranty purposes. I was also very involved in how the whole process worked and the Bonilla workers spent a lot of time with me showing what and how they did things. I was very impressed. All flower beds were put back to normal after completeion and you culd hardly tell anything had been done. They really did a good job and would have absolutely no problem hiring them again for foundation work etc.

Their workers were really amazing - removed and put back plants , bushes , landscape rocks carefully, after job completed could hardly tell they had been there; foreman called me outside to show me what was going on and even found and fixed a leaking water pipe w/o charge.First class operation from start to finish, you won't be disappointed.

He walked all through my house to check out my foundation. He was very honest in telling me that I did not need to have any work done.

I would highly recommend Bonilla Foundation Repair. Mr. Bonilla was punctual with the initial visit, and he was very thorough in his analysis of the situation. We scheduled the service for a Monday morning two weeks in the future. They called on Friday before to touch base. They showed up on time and worked hard for about 10 hours completing the job in 1 day. When I got home, I wanted to inspect everything and the foreman and the other workers were very accommodating and were very proud to show me what they had done. They laid down plastic for me to crawl under the house with them to inspect their work. When I asked the foreman to come inside, he politely took off his shoes and came in to talk about a spot in the floor. Overall very professional people and excellent service. Highly recommend.

They did fine. The staff was friendly. They were considerate and brought plastic wrap into the house to prevent it from getting dirty. There was some mis-communication that got pretty annoying.

Teresa came out on 5/28/13 took measurements, then showed me samples. I changed my mind about my selection after she had left, so she took pictures and texted them to me of other options multiple times that same day. The installers did a great job of moving my furniture. The carpet looks great!

Fantastic. On time (even a bit early) with two "headed your way" calls ahead of time. Upon arrival very professional and courteous. The vendor rep noted the house was probably too recent (2006) to have any issues, but to be sure he wanted to measure the level anyway. He (sadly I forgot his name, but he was top notch) proceeded to spend the next 15 minutes doing the measurement and confirmed his suspicion

I questioned Bonilla on his findings as I'd had two other companies (From Angie's list) quoting $10 K worth of work adding 20 new piers. I brought in another company who confirmed Bonilla's opinion. The two other companies were Dawson and Alied Foundation companies who obviously greedy, in-competent or both.

Excellent. Honest and straight forward.

I called them out to look at a crack in my slab foundation and to get an estimate for repair. It turned out that that crack was not a structural problem and that the foundation was fine. The Bonilla estimator, verified that the slab had not shifted by checking the elevation of 13 different points around slab against a fixed point int he middle of the slab. He provided me with a detailed diagram, showing the relative differences in elevation, around my foundation, for future reference free of charge.

It was a two day job that should have been simple but wasn't. They still finished on time and on budget.

Mr. Bonilla inspected the outside and inside of the home. He detected cracks in the mortar in all of the areas that I previously noted. He then measured the inside to determine the extent of difference between various points in all rooms. The measurements detected differences of approximately 2-3 inches from the high area to the lowest points. Mr. Bonilla drew a plan on the spot and provided the estimate of $5750 for 21 piers on the exterior of the foundation. He noted that there was one low point (approx. 0.5 inch) on the interior that he felt did NOT require work at this time. Based on the recommendation and the great reviews on Angie's List, I signed the contract. The scheduled date was about 4-5 weeks from the estimate date. I was called earlier that the crew had finished another job and could start about 2 weeks earlier than scheduled. This time did not work out, and the original date was intact. I was contacted about 4-5 days before the scheduled date that the crew was able to start on a Friday rather than the following Monday. I agreed. The crew (5-6) promptly showed up at the scheduled time and immediately unloaded supplies and equipment. The crew chief discussed each step that they would take. I was thoroughly impressed with their work ethic and the difficulty associated with the tasks. The work took approximately 4 days to complete, including placing two piers under the front entry to the home. This required the crew to jack hammer the front exterior entry. Once all piers were placed, Mr. Bonilla used the technology to level the foundation. He measured the low points and brought them closer to level, explaining that bringing the lowest points fully level might create problems. The front entry and another area that required concrete were appropriately filled. All of the excess dirt was removed and the landscaping (not extensive) was replaced to its original place. After departing, there was virtually no evidence that the crew had ever been there. I had not been an Angie's List subscriber prior to looking for a contractor for the foundation. I would not have identified Bonilla Foundation without using the service. I was completely satisfied with Bonilla and would encourage others requiring their services to check them out- excellent service, great price. As for Angie's List, I am also very satisfied with gaining access to valuable information on services and contractors.

We contacted Bonilla foundation repair in late February. They promptly sent out a representative to take measurements and provide an estimate. We called them in late March, after messing around with insurance, to go ahead and schedule the work. They e-mailed the contract, and scheduled us for April 8th. The work took 2 days. The crew was great. They got us level, took great pains to keep our yard clean, and were friendly and courteous. It was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

I had estimates range from $2500 to over $7000. Ultimately I went with Bonilla because of the reviews in Angies list and the fact that the estimator did not try to upsell me on additional services as did the other two Big companies. The Bonilla crew showed up at 8:45am on the scheduled date and were completely finished installing 9 pilings later that afternoon. It has been almost a month and I have had no problems. All of my doors work and I haven't noticed any additional cracks. The Bonilla crew was very friendly and I would definitely use them again.

We then did our homework, and called Bonilla Foundation. Bonilla was professional, thorough and above all.....ETHICAL. They work hard and and are respectful to each other and to you. They leave and everything is clean and tidy. We were absolutely satisfied with their work and their price. Our doors all close and our floors are level We cannot say enough how much we appreciate the work this company did.

I was happy to find out that I did not really need any foundation work done. They stated they could shore up the house a bit, but that i did not really need the work done. It was good to have an honest assessment. Would recommend them to anyone that needed foundation repairs.

Using a crew of 5 men including a working supervisor, Nick, the work was completed very satisfactorily on a timely basis. The employees possessed many years of experience and worked very well together. The work was accomplished in an orderly manner. Once the tunnel under the house was completed, they recommended and installed an additional piling to ensure structural stability at no additional cost. They even replaced a sewer pipe that was leaking at material cost. Once the job was completed, the area was cleaned very well, even using a rake. The work area was cleaned after work each day. Overall, this was the most satisfying home project ever performed for us. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend Bonilla Foundation Repair. Nick was very courteous and easy to work with. A quality job was always at their forefront.work
