Description of Work: Conducted inspection on foundation. Reported no repairs needed at time (Another company recommended repairs worth $8000). Thank you Bonilla, you were honest and professional. saved me a lot of $$$$.

Description of Work: This company came out and gave a free estimate and checked my foundation. I had some crumbling and cracks appearing at the corners in a few spots. We are thinking of putting the house on the market and wanted to make sure we had no foundation issues. He mapped out our entire house & gave me the paper. He assured me we had no issues. Very professional & thorough!

Description of Work: I thought I had foundation problems. Mr. Bonilla arrived to my house on time and spent about an hour taking elevation readings through my entire house and garage. He determined that the foundation was the problem.

Description of Work: I specifically called Bonilla Foundation because of the overwhelming number of positive Angie's List experiences with the firm, including the honesty and integrity of Mr. Bonilla when providing a quote for services. Although Mr. Bonilla recommended against doing anything at the present time, he's also the only one I will be calling when I do need some foundation work done. He was every bit as honest and professional as everyone said, and while recommending against doing anything right now, he was still willing to spend some time with me to discuss the future work. A very pleasant experience.

Description of Work: Very kind and did not talk to us in a condescending manner as many of the big foundations did, thus losing their chance for me to hire them. Bonilla Foundation Repair walked the entire property and explained in deatail what exactly was needed and even informed us that certain spots of the foundation did not need to be dug into. They took their time and effort to cover our inside items in plastic as to not get dust and debris and they cleaned our outside up. Very, very pleased!

Description of Work: Very professional and responsive, and I felt I was very well guided as to what work was actually necessary. Price was competitve I felt, and they left the grounds the way they found them. Ultimate sign of respect for the client and the house: they always took their boots off when coming in the house!

Description of Work: These guys are amazing. They were on time, very professional, very considerate, knowledgeable and thorough. I can't say enough good things about the crew that came to our home.

Description of Work: Did not perform foundation work; just received an estimate. Estimator appeared competent, but did not inspire my confidence, as he did not want to see the cracks in stone on the outside of the house, or the cracks in sheetrock on the inside. He just took the measurements of how level the house was and proposed a bid based on that. He proposed many more peers than the other estimators. And when I balked at so many, he said we could do fewer, or even fewer than that. I wanted his expert opinion, and I did not feel I was getting it.

Description of Work: Great attitude by everyone. Excellent work. they had to move a lot of dirt and shrubs around the house to dig holes for the pilings but they took great care in putting the shrubs/plants back like they were which was impressive.

Description of Work: Mr. Jose Bonilla came out to perform a foundation inspection of my house foundation since I had expressed concerns about possible water coming from under the foundation. Luckily for me, it doesn't appear that my water problem is due to a cracked foundation. Even though I did not have any problems, Mr. Bonialla, was polite, punctual, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and provided me his honest opinion as to what might be causing my water problems. He stated that my water problems are most likely due to water coming through the foundation and brick since my ground/grass area is well above the slab foundation. My home inspector believes the same thing. So, I'm hopeful that if I address my landscaping or drainage issues, my water problems will stop. I felt I should have paid him modest fee for his time and service but he said that they provide free estimates. I knew this already, but I really felt he spent quite a bit of time looking over the house and thought he deserved something for his time. I would consider contacting his company again for any possible foundation work, which I hope will never happen. 8~).

Description of Work: This company is great!! I am very pleased with their work. I did have another quote of my small pier and beam house, but it was way too expensive. Bonilla Foundation did the work at a much better price!! Vidal Bonilla, the owner, is a professional and his employees from Nancy in his office to all they guys who did the actual work were great!! They had to dig really deep to get under the concrete around the perimeter of the house. Mr. Bonilla verbalized that he had never seen such a deep concrete perimeter around a house! His crew were very nice and completed the work as scheduled. They put my plants back and left the area looking great! They also sing while they work!!!

Description of Work: raised and leveled foundation

Description of Work: Severely cracked 2 car garage floor was leveled . They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up completely after they were done. Unlike the other 4 estimates I had, Mr Bonilla recommended that I have pilings placed only where they were needed, not completely around my garage. They were able to raise one section over 4 inches and recommended someone to pour a 4 inch slab on top of my cracked garage floor so that I now have a smooth and level garage floor for my shop.. I would definetely use them and refer them in the future. They even left my yard looking better than they found it.
