Description of Work: Surgical ACL repair. I cannot comment on price as they charged what was allowed by BCBS. I do not know total, I had to pay my deductible. Dr. Taylor Brown and staff were fabulous and very responsive. I did have a complication stemming from a fall after the surgery (not their fault) and they bent over backward to resolve the problem.

He's a total professional, very good people skills, the staff is amazingly friendly, patient and knowledgable and the office is clean and has an overall positive, upbeat feel to it. I would recommend him (and the Bone & Joint Clinic) without hesitation.
Description of Work: Hard to answer about cost, etc., as I had surgery, and this is what his fee for surgery was. I am also a new user of Medicare. I went to him twice to diagnose a bunion, then to make a plan of action. That was a lapidus bunionectomy, performed on Dec 3, 2014. Then I returned after 2 weeks of non-weight bearing on my foot, and was fitted for a walking boot. I go back this week to see how that's going.

The Physical Therapy practice at BJC-Houston is top notch. I used them 2 years for a torn deltoid muscle to avoid surgery and it worked after about 6 months of intensive work. I then signed up for 6 weeks of therapy following total knee replacement this January. Marisol Skibin is a taskmaster with getting the knee to its full range of motion. I know why they recommend taking pain meds prior to each session. She is extremely knowledgable and patient. The one week I had unexpected swelling, she stopped therapy and massaged the knee for over 30 minutes and added heat to resolve the issue. At the end of our sessions, I was within 3 degrees of the maximum flexibility the artificial joint is designed for. A couple of other ladies in my church had nowhere near the outstanding results I did and I believe it is due to the hard work that Marisol encouraged me to do.

I was given the Best care - a great Doc aware of many innovative treatments, yet with a careful practice of looking for positive, repeatable results that will work for Me. My Doc is a great listener, is an excellent diagnostician, and offers alternative options when you're interested. He's totally honest and upfront with me...with good news and not so good news. He went 'above and beyond' on numerous occasions to help. I've been going to the BJC since 2006 - every single appointment has been on-time. Especially love the satellite office in Pearland; I appreciate that the Fannin location is the 'association' to the heart of the world famous TX Medical Center. Office staff at Fannin and Pearland locations is excellent, with a friendly, helpful professionalism. Back office personnel are also friendly and helpful. My Doc's Physician's Asst. is wonderful too - just love her, she's sharp and fun. Best Orthopedic Doc - I've recommended him many times, I trust him, and will always return when I need his expertise. Dr. Taylor Brown is his name.
Description of Work: A torn rotator cuff took me to the Bone & Joint Clinic of Houston. Retears keep me going back as needed. I visit both the Fannin and Pearland locations depending upon convenience.

It was a great experience, and Dr. Palmer was a true professional. He did an excellent job with the surgery, his follow up has been good, and he's kept me reasonably free of pain during the recovery process. Furthermore, I never have a problem with his availability, and I seldom have to wait long on the day of my appointments. I'd definitely recommend his services to others.

This office is more concerned about the financial part, than how a patient feels or what they're going through.
Description of Work: I broke my foot at work and was referred to this office by the hospital because it was a workmans comp. case. The staff and the doctor treated me very un professionaly.

The surgery to extract the MSRA infection from my right index finger went very well. After diagnoses on a Thursday, I had surgery Friday morning and it went exactly as described. Since the procedure I have regained full function in my finger. Dr. Siff's bedside manner is excellent, but more importantly he is a skilled, knowledgeable and caring doctor. I will not hesitate to use him again if necessary and highly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: I developed a MSRA infection in my right index finger which required surgery. Dr. Siff was excellent from beginning to end. He explained well and in detail. MSRA is a potentially deadly infection, but Dr. Siff made me feel at ease during the entire process.

Made an appointment for a frozen shoulder. I didn't know how it could happen and was worried. They made an x-ray but couldn't find anything wrong. Dr Palmer said this happens to women over 40 and I should make physical therapy. I didn't have time to do too much therapy, so I did it myself at home under my shower. 6 months later, my shoulder is back to about 75% of its move ability. He recommend to make a follow-up appointment in November but with a different doctor, I didn't understand why as he was recommended to me as the shoulder specialist. I didn't do the follow-up visit. End of the story.

I have a lot of problems with my therapy and with pain and I don't blame him. He and I did not get along pretty well personality wise and we're pretty much of the same age. He doesn't really believe in giving a lot of pain medication. He's an excellent and good doctor, but we were like oil and water.

My appointment went well enough that I scheduled surgery for next week on my right hand and elbow.
Description of Work: I saw Dr. Todd Siff for Carpel Tunnel Syndrom This was my first time here and everyone was very professional and Dr. Siff discussed surgery with me after reviewing my history. I have had this problem for some time now and tried all the alternatives, so I was happy to hopefully see an end to the pain I have now. I'll be able to give a better review once I've had the surgery I'm sure.

My wife fell through the ceiling and crushed both her heels. After much research, we chose Dr. Granberry because we were told he had much experience with crushed heels and was very good at fixing them. We found Dr. Granberry to be very compassionate and explained everything he would do in detail. He had a nurse practitioner who followed my wife from diagnosis, to surgery and through recovery and aftercare at home. Dr. Granberry did an excellent job operating on my wife's heels and there were no complications.
Description of Work: My wife injured her heels in an accident and Dr. Granberry was quick to see her and explained everything in detail.

There are 2 doctors there, the son and the younger one and I go to the younger one. I have no idea what his first name is. They practice at the same practice. He does good work. He found the problem and I was really impressed. His staff is friendly and they are pretty good at answering questions. His bedside manner is good.

He treated him right there. He wore a brace for two and a half years. He was watched closely and were able to avoid surgery. The same son broke his collar bone twice and we seen them for that. You couldn't ask for better treatment and care.

This is the first time since I had the issue where I am getting relief from the pain. The other doctors previously I used could take lessons from him. He's the best orthopdeic surgeon that I have seen. We had to drive out of our way to see him but it's worth it. He communicates well and the surgery went well and I'm back on my feet.

He does everything but just the spine, and he can practically redo anything. If you come in with a crushed pelvis, he can put it together. He doesn't believe in putting rods in. He's got a wonderful nurse by the name of Linda, and when they put their heads together, they can fix you up. They are very professional. He and I have a good rapport and we understand each other well. They work out of a very professional place.
