BOBBIE ALLEN PROPERTIES

This realtor, Bobbie Allen, demonstrated very unprofessional behavior when dealing with a friend of mine who was looking at one of Ms. Allen's listings for a rental property. Ms. Allen actually reprimanded a my friend, a prospective tenant, for visiting one of her listed properties for a second time without phoning her first. The prospective tenant was given an access code to the lock box, and had been given permission to look at the property at wiill. My friend wanted to show me the property. While I agree that the tenant should have notified Ms. Allen that she would be looking at the property again, the fact that Ms. Allen called her and treated her in a condescending and berating manner was extremely unprofessional. I heard the conversation as I was having dinner with my friend, after viewing the house. What Ms. Allen should have done was explain her policies on property viewings to both the landlord and prospective tenant at their first meeting. Of course, Ms. Allen also lost the potential lease, which is unfortunate for the prospective tenant and the landlord.
