The gentleman did an okay job at flushing my water heater , however he spilled water in my attic which then leaked over my bathroom and tried to convince me it rained and my roof was leaking. At the end, he hired some guys to replace the ceiling in the bathroom at the company expense.

Too expensive just to replace a gasket. He delayed the work as long as possible. Then finally finished the job. 2 people working, it took more than 1 hour.

Thanksgiving Day is a time for family and friends not greeting the Fire Department at your front door! As we found out, all our alarms went off at the same time because the hot water heaters in the attic were flooding into them. Hence, a frantic call for a Plumber. We would like to give a big thanks to Duane and Kris at Bluefrog Plumbing for coming out Thanksgiving weekend to replace our leaking hot water system. They arrived promptly and were able to locate the issue and provide us immediately with a new system. Duane even suggested to change the way our system was originally plumbed to make it more efficient and last longer. Duane is such a nice, personable guy. They scheduler was friendly and competent, the rep showed up as scheduled, was in and out of the house within an hour. The scheduler said the $77 service fee would be waived and a price quote given after examining the job. The price quote was $227 to clean the bathtub drain and I interpreted that as a $77 service fee and $150 drain cleaning feel I was comfortable paying the service portion but thought the drain fee was high for the time and labor involved. However, the tub is still draining.

I am a repeat customer of Blue Frog of West Houston. Every time I have received excellent service. CJ and Colin were very knowledgeable and professional. Jill, in the office, wss wonderful in keeping me informed of their arrival time. The pricing was reasonable also. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Frog of West Houston to anyone and everyone. It is a great company with employees who excel at customer service. They are the best!

Replaced broken pipe

My copper pipes have Pex at one faucet since that is all the inventory they had. I did not want to wait so decided to fix the leak even though I prefer copper. Otherwise, good result.

Great experience from start to finish. Their technician did a great job replacing a broken garbage disposal. He also quickly diagnosed why our bathroom plumbing kept clogging up and even replaced a supply line that was leaking after we turned the water back on under the faucet for free! I needed all my drains rerouted due to foundation damage that had previously been repaired plus the fact that my drain pipe was ABS which is no longer allowed by code because it tends to break - Ugh! This was a big job requiring a lot of digging. Randy was very knowledgeable and personable. He came up with a better strategy than another bidder and it saved about $500. I would definitely recommend Bluefrog plumbing.
