They took advantage of me! I had a severe 74,000gallon leak that I needed to fix right away. I called for an estimate. They couldn t provide one because they didn t know where the leak was they were there for about 30 minutes and left. They had stated that the only way to detect the leak was with a leak detection company and said they had one that was fantastic. Instead of them telling me to call one they stated that they would need to book it. They stated the cost for this company to come out and test for the leak they would charge $500 for the first two hours and $275 for every hour after that. I explained to the dispatcher I was really overwhelmed with the cost of the water bill the cost of this already to try to find the leak that I needed to figure out if I could call around and and see if anybody else could help but due to the fact that time was of the essence I agree to use them. When they came out to detect a leak the plumber was also there they found a leak in 18 minutes and when it came time for the leak detection company to provide me with the bill that he was ready to give me the plumber on site told him may we talk over here for a second and I found that strange. I had a feeling I was overcharged and when it came time to fix the leak they gave me an estimate of $375 to fix a tiny 4 inch three-quarter inch PVC pipe and only did about a foot into the dirt it was very obvious where the leak was because the detection company found it. They just repaired another similar leak above ground cutting PVC the same size putting a little bit smaller piece on and charged me $175. I had a feeling I was overcharged and when it came time to fix the leak they gave me an estimate of $375 to fix a tiny 4 inch three-quarter inch PVC pipe and only dig about a foot into the dirt it was very obvious where the leak was because the detection company found it. They had just repaired another similar leak above ground cutting PVC the same size putting a little bit smaller piece on and charge me $175. After I paid $775 to blue frog after getting them to come down to 275 for the actual repair I contacted American leak detection company the next morning it turns out the actual cost for the first two hours was $275 and only $150 every hour after the company double dipped and I find it despicable they inflated and marked up the actual cost of the leak detection simply because they book the appointment not because they found the leak I pay them $275 for them to fix the leak and that was more than fair I ve asked him on a few occasions to refund me the $225 as I found out that they took advantage of me they continue to stall and refused to refund me my money I would never recommend them again!

Knowledgeable plumber, knew exactly what he needed to do. When trying to snake the drain, the auger jammed up, so had to leave premise and came back an hour later with a new auger and cleared it. Plumber initially didn't wear booties into my home and tracked dried mud on my floors, said he'd clean it, but then had to leave for the new auger and was then in a rush to leave when done, so no cleaning. Also, a little pricey for the actual work done on a bathroom sink. $375 to cut an exit drain in attic, and a quick auger to clear the clog, and added a coupling...the actual wrench time was less than 15 minutes excluding extra drive time to get a new tool.

Rip off money. Work quality is very poor; not cleaned well. Very high price. It's not worth it.

I was extremely pleased with my experience, which involved replacing drain piping under my kitchen sink. Blue Frog responded quickly and gave me a cost-free estimate before starting work. The cost was very reasonable, but, more importantly, the diagnosis of the problem and the quality of the work was excellent! I would not hesitate to use them again!

I was in distress , With Plumbing Problems, Their Customer Service were awesome, Dennis sent out his Worker Tannon On Same day to relieve my Family and I from distress, Tannon who is a Sweetheart , unstopped my line Ran the Camera, Stood in the pouring Rain, Looking for the crack in my line, while the rest of us stood under shelter, He told me where my problem was , and Most of all , I was on Pins and needle thinking about cost, It was unbelievable, The Total amount was Comfortable, I didn t feel ripped off, The workers Pulled up my landscape and put it back together upon finishing the Job, How Awesome was that. Thanks Bluefrog Plumbing I have found me a New Plumbing Company, and this is the 3rd Company I ve used under Home Advisors, all been reasonable and Professional .

The crew was late but very efficient once they arrived. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
