They are a little high for the work.

Kept us up to date on arrival time. Price was right on the average. Squeezed us in to make it out same day to replace a toilet.

They had to dig out under the house, the plumber was able to fix the issues with the drain and stayed until he was able to complete the project and the guys came out the next morning to fill in the hole. The job was done quickly and with little interruption.

They did a great job. They were efficient. they were early. Water shut off on the home was minimal and they got the job done.

They had to send another plumber a few days later to fix what was done incorrectly. A simple tub and shower replacement should be a basic skill set of any plumber. (The second plumber did an excellent job setting the fixtures and correcting the improper install, but we also had to wait a handful of days for the correction to be made.) We provided the fixtures. The cost was extremely high and there was no break down of hourly rates or parts included in the bill. We were extremely disappointed all around.

Tech had never worked on a tankless water heater, but he call his boss and the manufacturer to try to figure out the issue. He was patient and considerate. We didn’t find an exact issue but what we did seems to have fixed the issue.
