We had the best experience from the first phone call to set the appointment that continued to the last phone call to see if we were completely satisfied! My day started with a phone call from the BFP customer service to see if it would alright if they showed up earlier than the appointment time! The Plumber then came right on time! He examined our home and looked for all the problems. He then fixed the problem. He also looked at another problem that we had been having and he was able to fix that problem as well! The price for both jobs was competitive with what we've been quoted. and he saved us an extra service call by tackling the second project for too! Thank You Blue Frog Plumbing!!

the job did not take more then 25 minutes and the part ( stem ) we already purchased ahead so it only had to be put in place . For this view short minutes I think $ 175 .00 is a little overcharged for 75 old seniors.
