Description of Work: Basically, we have been working with this company in order to get a solid plan and bid to add a spa suite to our home. We called this company because we saw the company's trucks at various homes in our area. The owner is a really nice person. However, our bid was way out of line. He quoted for a 800 sq ft addition while the proposed addition was only 675 sq ft. We met with him several times and he seemed to forget what we talked about on the previous visits. Finally............ we knocked on some doors and asked to see the completed work done by this company. I was sick for these people. The craftsmanship was sub-standard. In one house, the water closet was so small that the homeowner could not close the door while sitting on the toilet. The bathroom had double sinks and they were mis-aligned. There were other cosmetic items that they are negotiating with the company to fix but basically, the design was dis-functional and ugly.
