I ordered their Cordless Blackout Top Down Bottom Up Single Cellular Shades and upon receipt I was shocked how cheap they looked! To be honest they resembled the plastic used on the side of a window a/c unit! I called them to voice my displeasure and they assured me with their satisfaction guarantee we would come up with a solution. They sent me out some samples of their premium materials and after receipt of the samples I decided to take a chance and place another order. I was told by another representative named Jose that he would issue me a refund and we would start the order process all over again and he would do so affording me the same discounted price I originally paid. Then he proceeds to tell me my refund would be less a five dollar handling fee! Shocked by the pettiness I informed him that my intentions were to order blinds for my whole home and that if Blindster wanted my business they would need to waive that $5! Would you believe he refused and claimed his supervisor would not waive it either citing "policy"! So off I went to their competition and dropped $1700 on custom blinds! So they lost $1700 in business for an Abe Lincoln! They asked me to donate the blinds they sent to a charity so off they went to my local Goodwill. Don't waste your time with these jokers it's not worth clogging your arteries.

Avoid Deluxe Light Filtering Double Cellular Shades with Top Down -- We purchased 5 of these Deluxe Blinds and THREE of the Top Down mechanisms failed and became stuck - even with careful use or even very limited use. Blindster sent replacements the first time - but when one of the replacements failed, Blindster took over 2 months to decide to require us to ship back the faulty blind for repair - after first insisting that we installed it on a sliding glass door. More pictures later - no replacement. How are we to send back a 60" faulty blind that failed with limited and careful use. AVOID THESE Deluxe Light Filtering Double Cellular Shades. And don't expect BLINDSTER to honor their word.

The product was very nice and they were very helpful, giving us a wide variety. Price was 60% less than the company we contacted before. Product was beautiful. I would recommend them highly.

They were fantastic. They couldn't have been better. I called because there was a problem with a shade, they sent me an all new shade and didn't even have me return the other. They couldn't be nicer, they are just really great.

the blinds were easy to hang. work great. i could not be more pleased with this company. i got them more quickly than the several blind places in town too!
