+ -1 moreThe service man came to my house after we had exchanged several text messages. He was to come and pick up my blind and get it repaired and then bring it back to me. He said that he could repair it or it could be replaced. He then finally came to pick up the blind from my house, only to then change the price once he had my blind in his possession saying it no longer could be repaired. This was in June. I sent him a text message several weeks later, asking him if I could just pay him for his trouble and leave it at that. I also asked for my blind back. However, I did not get it back. It is now September 18, and I have just spoken with him over the phone and he told me he threw my blind away. So thanks to the negligence of this company my 400 blind has to now be completely replaced

Description of Work: Tim Austin is efficient , hard working and straightforward. My blinds were replaced after a house fire. He made sound recommendations and was ahead of schedule. He worked late at night to complete the job and cleaned up afterwards. Also, we did a complete walk thru after complation with no problem. Of note, he caused no damage to fresly painted trim and walls. He has a bit of an unusual sense of humor and is definitely a competent in the trenches working man in both dress and demeanor.I plan to have him replace some other blinds in the "non-damaged parts of the house.
