Description of Work: Installed a drainage system for our back yard, which previously had standing water for days after only a moderate rain storm. Even during the "monsoons" we had in May-June 2015, the yard was clear within a couple hours after the rain ended. Absolutely delighted with the job done!

Description of Work: Sales rep came out and gave a quote on gutters, storm drains, and landscaping services. Gutter quote was 30% higher than competitors, storm drain quote was a huge attempt to up-sell us more than what was required, and the landscaping quote was priced as if they didn't want the job - 50% higher than competitors.

Description of Work: Gravity drainage system was installed to channel water from back yard to street. System included ground drains and tying in gutters. Johnny and his team were a pleasure to work with, from the initial quote through the installation and billing. I would use and recommend them again.

Description of Work: Blalock re-graded my back yard around my detached garage, where water had been slow to drain. They also installed drainage lines and drains running them to the front of the property to the street. Lastly, they installed gutters off the garage and part of the main house draining directly to the installed garage drain lines. In several storms, the system has worked great. Suggest for future users of Mr Blalock's service to be very clear on expectations and documentation on the proposal and invoicing - I was somewhat confused at some points.

Description of Work: I used another company to install some drains in my backyard. They didn't design the drains very well. They tied the drains into my gutters, creating a vacuum that constantly plugged up when it rain. Blalock came in to take a look at it. He told me to disconnect the drains from one of the downspout, which allowed air in and it stopped plugging up of drains. He didn’t charge me much for the consultation and I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Mr. Blalock was professional and friendly. He examined the area in need of landscaping and offered ideas about how to proceed. He drew a nice diagram of his proposal. His estimated price was considerably higher than other estimates we received and did not adequately address the drainage issues in the area.
