My husband has very bad asthma and we were very concerned with the air quality in our home. After a great deal of thought we decided to call Blackman Mooring. I feel confident we made the right decision. Salvadore was prompt and very helpful. He was not a pressure salesman at all. All prices and options were discussed and approved before any work was started. He showed me the mold in our vents when the registers were removed. We decided to have the Foster 40/20 mold inhibitor sprayed in all 15 vents. I was very impressed with the entire process. I took pictures and videos through the process. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Brad Murff appeared for the initial meeting. He was prompt, professional, and wanting to understand the situation of our home. He arranged for Koy Krause to take over the project management. Koy was fantastic. He learned that we were living outside of our home, and that we wanted desperately to start repairs. Koy arranged, over the Christmas and New Year's holidays, to work on our home. This was amazing. Koy worked to coordinate the proper people to prepare the work area, pack up items for safekeeping, and clean and remediate the mold. He did this with impeccable communication to my wife and me. And over the holidays. As stressful as it was knowing that toxic mold was present in our home, Koy reassured us that it would be fixed. Following remediation, the house was again tested for mold, and it was cleared the first time it was tested. There is nothing like knowing that your home is safe to live in. Thanks, Koy; thanks, Brad, for your hard work in repairing our home.

They were prompt and very professional. It was a great experience. I give them an A in every category. I will definitely use them again if the need comes.

They are a pretty big company. I found them because they advertise constantly and I had a friend who had used them before too. My experience with them has been good. Their price is good too.

Signed up online, and the website gives a quote. They showed up on time, but the price was higher.I called in and they honored the internet price, but showed me that the website was calculated it wrong. They always do a great job and I have been using them for years. I really do appreciate the fact that they honored the internet price.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They set up my appointment as soon as I was available. They gave me a time frame of only half an hour. The technician called because he was stuck in traffic. I found the workers professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The initial price quoted on the phone was less than the technician's after he looked at the job, but he honored the price quoted on the phone. The technician, Wilber, suggested doing several other things to insure that the dust would not be re-circulated back into the house. This was extremely important to me.

They did a great job. They arrived, assessed the number of air ducts that needed to be cleaned and took a look at the furniture. They cleaned all the air ducts and when they were finished cleaned up any dust and debris that dropped to the floor. They also re-attached all of the covers. For the upholstery cleaning they managed to remove a pet stain that had been on a couch cushion for quite a while.

Overall, the experience has been good overall. Their prices are competitive. I'm a pet owner and they always do a good job.

Blackmon Mooring did a very clean and quality job. We searched prices and found that they were the best priced. First they came to do an in-home estimate and then set up an appointment to do the job. They were punctual and did a great job.

Everything went well. We have used them since 1995, and they have always done an excellent job.

They treated us horrible. They said they removed furniture and appliances that were not even in the home. They charged us for people that were supposed to have been in the house working and were not. They charged us for five truckloads of debris removal and they only removed one truckload full.

The men who came were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and most helpful! They did an excellent job, and took extra time protecting the floors and furniture. I thought they were terrific and would be quick to call them again if needed.

I had my carpets cleaned in preparation for putting our home on the market. The Blackmon Mooring technician arrived promptly, There were several high traffic areas in the off white carpeting that other cleaners had been unable to clean to my satisfaction. Blackmon Mooring restored these areas to their pristine condition! I was also given special spotting solution to clean up any mishaps that might occur before the next cleaning. The B-M employee was extremely courteous and professional

The pricing was not what I was expecting. They did a good job but it was a lot more money than what I was quoted on the phone.

Everything has turned out perfect with this company. I have been using this company for a long time. The crew is very professional and knowledgeable. The quality of there equipment is really good. The equipment is always clean before they come out. I would recommend using this company to anyone.

Original estimate was around $8000. As Blackmon Mooring kept finding problems the estimate kept increasing gradually until the final total was around $32000. Schedules for completing tasks kept slipping and there were several communication problems about what work was supposed to be completed and when. There were too many of these problems for me to believe that it was all due to my misunderstanding. My main contact for all of this was Brandon Rhodes, who no longer works for the company. I don't know if he was part of the problem or if this is a problem with the entire company. Last time I tried to contact him in March of 2011 I was told he had suddenly left the company and I never got a better explanation than that. I have no problem with the quality of the work (although they may have missed one small spot) but the billing, the pricing, the price increases, the schedule slips and the communication problems will make me think twice before hiring them for a large job again. I may hire them for small jobs and see if they can redeem themselves.

The cleaners from Blackmon and Mooring Steamatic Company do a decent job. They are punctual and get the job done. They are reliable and we have been using them for several years. They do the job just like they advertise. I would continue to use their services in the future.

They had a problem with the mold and so they had to redo it and they spend one more day for it. This is a big company and they don't care to be picked by anyone. Probably I am looking for a small local company. I amy not use them in the future.

They claimed that the mold was caused by an old air conditioner, since we had just got a new system, and that nothing needed to be done about it except for some cosmetic work. When we had a separate contractor come out, he found that the mold was actually caused by copper wiring in the ceiling, and he fixed the problem.

I chose Blackmon Mooring for my air duct cleaning because they were the most reasonably priced company that was a reputable company. They sent a team of 2 men to perform the duties. They worked very efficiently together. I was advised, but not pressured that they need to clean the coils and trays as well or the dust would just wind up back in the ducts. Since we had just had major construction in our house I knew this needed to be done. They cleaned both of my units and 23 ducts for less than many other companies quoted me. The best part is they left no mess behind for me to clean up. We can know breath easier in our house because we are not inhaling mounds of construction dust.

I think their prices are very high. The interaction I had with them was average.

We found out that our home did not have any mold, and so we did not need to use this company, but I am so grateful for their assistance and information.

Everything work out well with this company. Overall they seemed decent, I would of had them come in to clean over 20 rooms. I would use them again in the future.
