They got there when they said they would. Pricing was high but fair and of all of the companies I sent an email to, they were the first to respond and only to respond.

They changed the person over our account. Twice. Antiques that where supposed to be taken to be refurnished in July 27th,didn't go to the end of nov. Broke my dryer they pay the price of it the people who pack up the house where great. It's,the management which was bad didn't even get i am sorry. for the delay they still charged. The insurance. Co. When the house burned that day we had about,m15 different co..all,wanting to,do same thing. Over all was not happy with them even spoke to,the management they acted as if they didn't care. Appt. where made to do a walk through of the furniture and they would cancel..

Blackmon Mooring responded quickly, assessed the damages, proposed an action plan and performed as promised. Cut out damaged sections of sheet rock, removed light fixtures and set out high-powered dehumidifiers. They cleaned up everything and left our dining room in satisfactory condition for a painting contractor. Courteous and efficient. They had the right equipment and skills for this job.

They were unprofessional, unresponsive, they left a mess, and never came back. Our insurance paid it but it was about $1,000. We will absolutely not use them again.

If you want large furniture moved, it costs extra.

These guys always do a great job, but they tend to be pricey. They are very polite, prompt, thorough. You get what you pay for!

Blackmon Mooring is very professional - have used them twice and had great experience with them both times. They are not the cheapest in town but I have used the cheapest and can safely say that you get what you pay for. I will use Blackmon Mooring again in the future.

The crew did a good job. It took about 2.5 hours for almost 1000 sf of tile. They scrub with a long-handled brush and then suck up the water with the machine. Grout was not super dirty when I called BM for the job, but what dirt was there is now gone. The process makes the house rather humid, but not unbearable. I turned the A/C thermostat down after the crew left to remove the humidity in the air. Have used BM for years in the DFW market and the Houston market. Will try them for bathroom tile in the tub/shower some time.

Arrived on time and were very professional. cleaned carpet and stain on chair. After they left I still noticed some stain on the chair. After serveral weeks the stain seems to have disappeared!? Would use again

They were very respectful and are clearly super professional. I specifically liked working with Koy Krause-- he was incredibly knowledgeable and worked extremely hard.

They were very prompt and professional and did exactly what we needed regarding our A/C ducts. We are using them again next week on another house.

It all looked like brand new. I had lots of stains on both carpet and kitchen chairs. I had family living with me for several months with 2 small children. It was a big mess. You could not tell anything after they got through. Excellent job.

I found them to be very good. Their prices were reasonable, they were always on time and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. I have been very satisfied with them. They did a really great job for me.

We saw no improvement in the cleanness of the ducts and it was all done so quickly that we had the impression they really didn't put too much priority on the job they were doing for us.

The price of the dryer vent cleaning is outrageous when compared to the quote for the whole A/C system plus additional vents. Next time I will price shop a little better. Their quality of service is not unique.

Good service but very expensive. Insurance didn't seem to care, so i went with it. If I had to pay out of my pocket I would have been more selective.

They were on time did a good job on removing pet stains

Definitely good. They're exceptional. Compared to other companies we used, it might have been a little bit cheaper. They were so extremely clean. They cleaned from the minute they came in, they put plastic sheeting, they work with gloves.

I like them. The people were nice and capable. They were friendly and explained what they were doing. They got the job done in a timely manner.

I think it was pretty good. It's pretty standard, they showed up on time and did what they're supposed. I will recommend them.

They showed up within minutes of the fire department leaving. Said they could take care of everything and not to worry. They started by power washing. They missed the entire back side of the building. They did clean everything and put it in a temporary rat pack container. They hauled off the debris, including my trash barrels! After that they never returned. When I called them they said that they could not repair the building because I did not have the original blue prints and that the city would not give them a permit to continue. Who ever has original blue prints! I contacted the city permit clerk and was told that they had never requested a permit. I had to hire a new contractor to do the job. Months later I find myself being sued by them for more money. That is still pending.

They were very professional and thorough. A crew of 6 cleaned all horizontal surfaces, carpets, ducts, furniture, everything inside cabinets. This is vendor recommended by our insurance company.
