Description of Work: Cleaned out air ducts and system. Covered furniture and protected corners while they did it. Cleaned up, even painted vents. Sprayed for molds. Two guys took several hours non-stop to do this. I slept better and woke up with clearer sinuses than I have in ages. They were friendly, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend. We would have them again, even though we thought the price seemed high.

Description of Work: Cleaned ducts to remove odor from vents. Applied antiseptic to vents, but after a few days, odor is still present. The vent grates were cleaned very nicely and looked great when they were through. Both gentlemen were very caring and professional.

Description of Work: I have not used this company in many years but, I did use them to steam clean an oriental rug several years ago----(maybe 8 to 10 years ago?) I was not happy with the fact that the man who came to our home picked the rug up instead of just cleaning it in place with a steam cleaner while it was still in my house and still on my floor--- the technician rolled the rug up and took it away and when he brought it back, it was not wrapped in plastic or paper which means that after the rug was cleaned, it was rolled up and just loaded into the Blackmon Mooring truck--- that showed a lack of service and lack of detail in keeping the rug clean. I was unhappy with that because the rug, after it was cleaned, should have been wrapped up in paper or plastic to keep it clean and not left in a truck without protection.

Description of Work: Did an excellent cleaning job on air distribution system so i asked if he would clean the outside coils on the air conditioner I have never had a problem with Blackman and Mooring which I have used the past 30 years.

Description of Work: The two service, people Jorje and Cedric, were polite, pleasant, professional and prompt. The furnaces, in our new home, had not been cleaned since being put in in 2000. They cleaned the furnaces and vents (which were full of construction debris) in the 3000 sq. ft. home. Techs seemed to do the job as promised, left almost no debris behind and were careful with walls and wood floors. I did not have them clean or reinstall ceiling vents as the painter will reinstall. They did try to sell us an interior spray painting of our furnace boxes, which we felt was pricey at $400., we declined. Since having things cleaned my allergies have calmed down, so I'm sure cleaning also removed accumulated cat allergens of the past 10 years.
