We called Blackmon Mooring Steamatic to come out to clean our carpets throughout the house, and we were very pleased. There were 4 rooms and a hallway that we had them steam clean; there wasn t a spot left anywhere. They did a great job of getting the stains out. It took about 3 hours to do everything, and they charged quite reasonably.

Blackmon Mooring answered my call quickly and followed up readily with an estimate and carpet cleaning. They were a little high with their prices, but were able to explain the cleaning solution and the large rooms to be cleaned. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as a day and time were set, and the technician was on time. There was a spot left on the carpet because they didnt put anything under the chair leg, so they came back, fixed it, and did a good job.

Blackmon steam cleaned our carpets for us. They are good at removing the spots and I feel they got my floors very clean. They showed up on time, and were very helpful and polite. I used them when we first moved into our home, as it was a mess. They were able to get the spots up and the carpet looked new. My mom referred me to them, as she uses them all the time.

THESE FOLKS SHOWED UP FASTER THAN OUR CONSTABLE WHEN THE ALARM GOES OFF. THEY ASSIGNED A LEAD FOREMAN WHO GAVE AN ESTIMATE AND OVERSAW THE WORK.

THEY WERE ON TIME and THE CARPETS WERE CLEANED RIGHT.

THEY SHOWED UP REAL LATE, THE WORKER WAS NOT NICE, BUT THE PRICE WAS OK, THOUGH.

THEY ARE VERY PROMPT, HAVE NICE EMPLOYEES, AND THEIR PRICE IS OK.

THEY SHOWED UP LATE AND WERE NOT VERY NICE. THEY DIDNT WANT TO HELP VERY MUCH. I SHOULD HAVE GOT IT DONE FOR FREE.

THE PEOPLE REALLY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY HAD GOOD PRICES.

WE HAD TREATED THE HOUSE FOR BUGS AND I CALLED THEM IN TO CLEAN THE CARPET OF OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. THEY WERE ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN EXPECTED FOR THE SMALL SPACE.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND POLITE. THE CLEANERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FINISHED THE JOB WITHIN AN HOUR.

THE BLACKMON MOORING TEAM WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CONDUCTED THEMSELVES VERY WELL. ALL THE FURNITURE WAS MOVED AND CARPETS CLEANED. WORKMANSHIP WAS GREAT AND WILL CALL THEM AGAIN. PRICING WAS VERY FAIR FOR THE WORK THAT WAS REQUESTED.

THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP AS SCHEDULED. THEY CLEAN THE STAINS AND TREAT THE CARPETS WITH A STAIN GUARD. THE TECHNICIAN WE USE IS PAUL SCHOOLEY.

EXCELLENT, CLEANED EVERYTHING. PACKED EVERYTHING VERY NEATLY AND ORDERLY. VERY PLEASED.

THE SERVICE WAS PUNCTUAL AND THE PRICE AFFORDABLE. I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED AFTER THE SERVICE DATE.

THE WORKERS WERE ON THE SCENE IN EXCELLENT TIME. THEY WORKED HARD AND FAST TO KEEP THE SPREAD OF DAMAGE TO A MINIMUM. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING. I WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE FACING A FLOOD EMERGENCY.
