They took our rug and did not return them because they cannot find them and do not return phone calls either. The last time we called them was last week. I will never use them again. They were not professional or responsive.

They quoted us a price, and they stuck with it. They took a couple of weeks to come out and do the job. They did a great job. They did their work very quickly.

I originally contacted the company online and they replied promptly. The arrived on time and the lead serviceman took the time to look at my A/C unit which was malfunctioning. He was knowledeable about A/C systems and we talked about what might be wrong but since my A/C guy was coming later that day, I didn't ask for any services. The cleaned the vents and the vent covers were spotless. Before the vent cleaning I had noticeable particles collecting below the vents, which ceased after the cleaning. Overall, their work was very good but their prices seem higher than what I had seen advertised. In my case, I had more than 10 vents to clean, and additional vents were $30 each. I took advantage of their $25/room carpet cleaning special with the duct cleaning. They couldn't get all the stains out, but the results were otherwise good.

On time and professional. Price was reasonable. Worked on the spots in carpet and got them out no problem. I have used this company for some of their other services and have always been impressed with their professionalism.

They took before and after pictures, which helped me get my money back from the first company. They did the job properly by cleaning the ducts out before spraying any chemicals. They were very efficient, and there was no odor after they left, which I had from the other company. They followed EPA guidelines for all of their equipment and training.

Excellent! Leonardo walked me through the house and asked me what areas I wanted to have the carpet cleaned in. I wanted to add a small hallway and he explained that the charges are per room regardless of size. Good for wealthy people with large houses, not as good for people like us with smaller homes. I told him forget it, too expensive for such a teeny area. Leonardo and his assistant moved the smaller pieces of furniture and protected all furniture legs on chairs and couches that were not moved. They completed the entire job in less than a half hour but I watched them the entire time and they were diligent and did not seem to rush the job at all. It was not until after I paid them and they left that I realized that Leonardo had cleaned my little hallway free of charge!

I liked them and I thought they did a really good job. In the beginning, I was going to get all new carpeting, but because they cleaned my existing carpet so well I didn't have to. The carpet ended up looking brand new. They did show up on time and they were very well dressed.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the work, but it was definitely not a bargain. We chose this company based on their name and their reliability. I am glad that they did not try to sell us any additional services or extras things.

Jesus and his crew arrived on time and began work immediately. Jesus explained the process that was to be done to the air duct system. They worked quickly and efficiently and the work was done in a professional manner. They took great care in covering furniture and flooring so that nothing from the ducts would get on them. When the job was finished, they made sure that everything was clean and back in place.

He was punctual, he knew what he was doing, and he was very professional. He was extremely clean, polite and the price was good. He did satisfactory work.

I am still happy because it has been almost two years and the equipment works as well as it did when they put it in. I felt their price was not cheap but I guess its not a cheap system in the first place. I have never had any reason do be dissatisfied with the company or people or products.

The young men who performed the work were friendly and did their best to answer our questions. They were able to identify the mysterious black stains on the carpet and walls - places where candle soot had settled around furniture! We did find some big dirty fingerprints on the ceilings around the air vents after they left. The cleaning was effective in helping reduce my allergies.

I have three rooms with nice carpeting in them and I trust Blackmon Mooring with there cleaning. I usually have them in every six months and they are very efficient in getting the carpets looking great again. The service people are very professional when they are in our home and we will continue to use their services.

Blackmon Mooring are excellent carpet cleaners. They were prompt in coming out to clean our carpets and were quick to get the job done. They took great care of the interior of our home. They left the carpets fresh and looking new. They did not leave a mess and the house doesnt smell. The prices were comparable. We enjoy using their service.

Blackmon-Mooring did a wonderful job with my backed up pipes. I called them late on a Friday night because my whole living room was starting to flood. They came right over and started to work on it that night. They did all they could that night and came back the next morning and finished up. They were just good people. The cost was fair. They were professional and polite.

They broke all kinds of things when they were here and things were missing. I would not recommend them to anybody. They were supposed to restore our home, but they took our cleaning cloths and did a very bad job.

This company is good at scheduling appointments to fit your needs. They even came on a Saturday afternoon as I had asked. They move your furniture for you and put pads on the bottom of wood furniture to keep it from getting wet. They were able to get all the stains up and my carpet looks great.

In a very hectic time for us as we had a fire in our house. This company came in and really helped us get things done. We needed someone who could take care of some of the cleaning to the interior like furniture, carpets, drapes, etc and they did a great job. They packed all the furniture and moved it until we got the house fixed back up. They were very caring about everything. We didnt have to pay for there service as the insurance company took care of it.

The company is very professional, and their people that came out were courteous. They were very quick to get the job done, and to return my phone calls. They showed up on time, and got the job done quicker than expected. I have used this company any time I need our air ducts cleaned. I am not sure on the price because it just depends on the amount of area that needs cleaned.

Backmon Mooring was very prompt in arriving when they said they would. All the furniture was moved in order to get close to the walls, even if it was unnecessary. Although they did a good job of cleaning the carpets, they wanted me to pay an extra $10 to dispose of the dirty water after the cleaning. I refused to pay it, and the cleaners became somewhat rude about it. That was the last time I used Blackmon Mooring for carpet cleaning.

I can tell you this, my home feels a lot cleaner and makes me feel a lot healthier. When Blackmon came to clean the carpets and duct work, they were at my home at the time that was scheduled. The carpets look brand new and you would not believe how fast they were dry after being cleaned. I am a very happy man with a very clean house. I plan to hire Blackmon in about a year or so to come do it all over again.

Blackmon Mooring did a great job and explained thoroughly what the problem was, what caused it, and what they were going to do to fix the leak. I felt that they were knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves and showed up when they said they would. I liked that they finished within their estimated time and price estimate.
