The actual crew arrived the week prior and was not sent with all of the materials needed to complete the job. We were charged extra to have 3 2x4's instead of only 2 which was fine as long as the fence pickets would be more secure. The crew left on Friday without completing the job and was to come back on Monday with the necessary materials to complete the job. The crew never showed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. On Friday March 3rd the salesman and some other man showed up and began to complete the work in the dark. Obviously the salesman is a salesman for a reason and not part of the crew. The crew had done a fantastic job up to the point to where they ran out of materials. The salesman and the other man had absolutely no business doing this work. They began by putting the 3rd row of boards flat instead of sideways (the way the crew had done them) and proceeded to use a nail gun at MAXIMUM POWER to DRIVE the nails almost clear through the pickets. The nails they used were 3 1/2 inch framing nails instead of what they should have used (standard picket nails which are about 2 inches long). The nails went through the 2x4 with the sharp side of the nail sticking straight out of the boards. In some places they whacked at the nails with a hammer to turn them down (which looks horrible) and in others they just left them sticking straight out. Furthermore, they ran out of nails for the nail gun and started beating nails into the rest of the pickets leaving hammer marks all over the pickets but the salesman assures me that the boards will snap back into place, no way!!! The nails were not even uniformly applied. It looks like an ocean wave going across the fence. It is a shame because we were so excited with the way the fence was coming along, that is, until the salesman decided that he was a fence builder. I would not allow these people to build me a doghouse. We had asked for an estimate to do the other two sides of our fence as we split the back fence with our neighbor (so the price described was just our half) but after this there is absolutely no way I would have these guys complete my fencing needs. I will not recommend them to anyone I know. Stay far, far away from this company. In the salesman defense I will say that he offered to put wood putty (grey in color-at least that is what the color they used on our neighbors) over all the mess they made!! Totally unprofessional in 1. Not sending the necessary materials in the first place 2. Allowing a salesman to attempt to install a fence. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company doing any work at my home. Totally disappointed in this business and of course in this eyesore of a fence that I now have to look at every day!!!!!!!!!!

I'm still waiting on fence to be completed, I just keep getting promised it will be completed but so far it has not. Just lie after lie and I have to call them, they have never called me to tell me they weren't coming to complete the fence after promising me day after day they would finish it.

They did respond but not as quickly as I would have liked. They didn't come out and rectify a problem that we had once the installation was complete and they still haven't done it. So, when I go to complete the next series of fencing, I am going to use a different company. Generally, the overall experience was okay. I think they need to improve on completing the job once the customer calls and says I am not satisfied with one or two things, I need you to come back and fix them. They didn't follow through on that. That in turn makes you not to want to use them again because you don't want to experience that again. Generally, it was done on time and they cleaned up so that part was good. Even though they did come out and did the work that was required. It was just that the feedback from us in following up with the customer and completing it to the end was satisfactory. It was not good. They were the cheapest bid so they were very competitive in their pricing.
