Bishop Gutter Cleaning

Very pleased. Tall, newer home in the Heights area...gutters overflowing during rains. They pulled out several pieces of roofing shingles from the areas and showed me by the shape that they were probably just discards from the installation and not from any flaw in the roof itself. Blew off and removed some debris, checked the condition of the roofing shingles and gave me an idea of how often I should have the gutters cleaned based on location and lack of tall trees. Fair price, timely and no pressure to upsell. Very, Very satisfied... and will recommend them to neighbors.

There was a neighbor's oak tree that was rubbing against one of our gutters, they actually trimmed it back, which was nice of them to do. They worked very efficiently and were very polite.

I used this Company in 2009 and 2010. The office staff was professional and responsive and scheduling a cleaning was hassle free. In 2009, I arranged for the gutters to be cleaned when I was not home. It appeared they did a good job, but I couldn't tell completely because I can't see into the second story gutters. I used the Company again in 2010. This time I was home. The workers arrived on time. Looked like high school or college students. I came in and out of the house to watch the work. I did not see them inspect gutters for leaks. After they finished, and before they left, I walked around the house and inspected each gutter downspout to make sure they were clear of debris. I stuck my hand up into each one. Two of the gutter downspouts were stuffed full of leaves and still clogged. Needless to say, I was not pleased. I don't feel that I should have had to inspect their work, but I'm glad that I did. Had I not checked, they would have left me with clogged downspouts. When I pointed this out to the crew lead, he apologized. He had the crew reclean all of the gutters and he inspected the work afterwards. I will likely give this Company another try, but I'll be sure to be home when the work is performed. Maybe 2010 was just one bad experience. If this happens again, I will no longer use the Company. UPDATE: Used the Company again in 2011. Did a good job. Arrived on time. Good job cleaning gutters. Checked downspouts for clogs. Sealed gutters where needed and even helped me look for a roof leak while they were on the roof. This is my third year with Bishop Gutter and I will use them again. Consequently, I have upgraded my prior rating.

The owner stopped by one Saturday looking for business in the neighborhood. After speaking with him for a while it became apparent he was motivated to make a success of his business so I gave him a try. That was in 2007 and I've used them ever since on a quarterly basis. Their work is consistently good and they are diligent about cleanup.

I have no negatives to report at all. I will use this company again with no hesitation.

Lousy!!!!! I had rated them very well for the first time they came.... boy did they fool me!!!!!!!! After that they never made the appointment on time, they rescheduled on me multiple times, they came and had to come back twice to re-do the job. This last time I asked for them to schedule me on an early morning so I can be there to supervise the job.... well they dragged it out until I finally said I wanted to speak to someone above and Denise said she was the owner and that she would be happy to cancel my contract with them and send me a check for the difference!!!!! Nice customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic company. They gave me a firm price on the phone. They emailed me when they would come. A day before gave me a two hour window when they would arrive. But most of all they cleaned the gutters, sealed any leaks and cleaned up. If there were a A+ category I would give them an A+.

The first time, great. The second time, they did a lousy job. I could clearly see from my bedroom window the gutter on the first floor was clogged with leaves. I called and they scheduled a second visit. I have not checked them again becasue I am traveling, and I have no way of checking the gutters on the second floor, but now I have my doubts on their service.

They did a great job. Everything about my experience was good. The person who set up the appointment was helpful, prompt, and efficient. They followed up with an email with the price estimate and then an email to confirm the appointment time. The men who did the work arrived within the scheduled time and were efficient, did a good job, and fully cleaned up after themselves. We have a 5000 square foot house, with a large "footprint," that sits very high up on pier and beam. Given the amount of gutters we have and the height of our house and garage, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived on time and were very courteous. I got a $10 discount for mentioning Angies List. I was very pleased with the service.

Extremely well. There was a complete clean with power wash testing. In addition to clearing out the gutters, the crew also went the extra mile my realigning a crooked downspout, installing a small grating to prevent bird nesting, and doing us the favor removing some debris from our roof that had been left by the original builders. They were courteous, efficient, and made an extra effort. We will definitely use them again. The price seemed a little high to me, but they offer an annual plan with 4 visits for about $500.

They did a good job. They were prompt and they cleaned up. They stayed within their estimate of $200. We were very impressed with those guys and we would use them in the future.

This is the second time I've had Bishop clean my gutters. They come when they say they will and do an excellent job. They don't leave any mess.

They were on time for their appt. The workmen were very professional and did a very good job.

I called and requested a quote. I was asked some basic questions about square footage of the house, number of stories, and how many sides of the house had gutters. I was given a quote right then. I was sent a contract via email and a day and time for the scheduled cleaning. It was a week before they could make it to my house. They cleaned all debris from the gutters and roof area, sealed any leaks, pounded in loose nails, and checked the gutters for correct drainage. It took about an hour to complete the project. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Chad and his helper arrived at my home about an hour after I called them (fortunate to have gotten first house on job list). He lives not far away from my home. They removed downspout and cleaned a clogged downspout and sealed another gutter seam that dripped. They arrived in clean truck, and did work in orderly manner. No rush job. Price was very fair.
