Description of Work: Replaced siding, exterior window boxes, gutters and repainted entire exterior. Lots of detailed carpentry work, had to work around weather delays. Matt was excellent to work with on additional work we requested. Price was very competitive. Quality of work was excellent.

Description of Work: Painted most of the inside of a house I own. I had an Angie's List coupon from the previous year. Mr. Birkline honored the coupon and did additional work for me at a reasonable price. He communicated well with me, was timely, cleaned up after himself and did a great job! I have already recommended him to others. I will hire him again.

Description of Work: THE WORK: Bill painted the outside of our brick home including pressure washing, spray and brush painting of the brick and trim. THE PRICE: Unbeatable and he was very fair for any extra work that we asked him to do. We used his discount to purchase the paint at Sherwin Williams which was great. THE OUTCOME: The work took longer than he had anticipated but he stuck with it and completed the work to our satisfaction. We were up front with him about our concerns on some of the reviews we had read on Angies list and he asked us to be forthcoming with any concerns while he was doing the work and not after everything was done. SO, we stayed close by and did several walk arounds together to address any missed spots, uneven lines, drips etc that we weren't happy with so he could take care of them right away which he did more than willingly. At the end, the house looked beautiful, clean, crisp, fresh and all the neighbors came by and commented on the great job!
