William came to review our stair baluster project. He promptly advised that the job wasn't in his wheelhouse. However, after completing another electrical project, which is more his expertise, he returned the next day confident that his research on baluster installation was solid. Needless to say, we are very pleased that we gave him the opportunity to prove his worth. Our new stairway looks awesome, it is functional and very sturdy. We recommend William's.
