"Bill's PC and Tech Repair technicians have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience and Cody founded in 2015 and has a Microsoft MTA Windows 10 and CCNA IT Certifications. Any time when a technician is late for the job, it can be caused by another project running late and/or traffic issues. We bill you based on the visit, only in special circumstances can that be modified or waived. We are not a U-verse subsidiary, we are not U-verse technicians and do not possess the means to properly diagnose U-verse devices. Cody was called out to this customer's located for a different issue and then was requested to help with the U-verse issue he was having. Cody agreed to help because he owns U-verse equipment himself personally so he went through the troubleshooting process for the customer and the agent from AT&T that he spoke with was not as helpful and it required a supervisor to review the account and determine that Mr. Sachs did not have a recording device causing the issues he was having. Cody was never informed the service he was performing was poor or that Mr. Sachs was displeased with service.
