+ 0 moreTook numerous threats to get them to admit fault. Work quality was awful. Awful. Not worth the trouble. I ultimately felt cheated and did not trust them to fix the work without trying to retaliate. Owner was so aggressive and rude on the text, I sent a cease and desist to stop him from coming on our property ever again. It was all a very disturbing experience.

+ -1 moreWe were significantly overcharged for interior painting and replacing missing shingles (to meet inspection) in November. The owner was only interested in getting paid and not the quality of work that was produced. When I inquired about some of the roof work that was not completed (nail caulking) as we had discussed, he tried to deny that we had agreed on it being done and wanted to charge me EVEN more. Paid for all interior doors to be painted and they were not. I won't even mention the exchange of words we had and his utmost unprofessionalism. Found Better Builds & Repairs in the Pearland Best Advertisement that gets mailed. Good, Honest, and Professional help is becoming more and more of a rarity.

+ -1 moreCompany was CProfit Builds, they changed names, have some of the same personnel/ownership and are at same location. They farmed out work to a handyman, since they could not meet the originally agreed to schedule. They offered no supervision or support. The workmanship seemed okay, but now all the cracks have opened back up. I called and sent pictures. They return my call but pretended they were not the original contractor and refused to warranty the work.
