 + -1 moreThe process was easy for me. Best Finishing was prompt and efficient. All the work done was excellent, even the difficult pieces. Insurance from the moving company paid for the work so I really do not know how much they were paid.

Description of Work: I had damage to furniture in a move that was not identified in time for the mover to handle. So, I called Best Refinishing whom I had used in the past with outstanding results. This time was not the same. I should have paid more attention to their statement "Best Finishing has been providing quality service to Insurance Companies, Moving Companies, Homeowners, and Designers for over 30 years." Focus is on insurance and moving companies. The owner, Brian, no longer does all of the work. The technician did not take into account the age of the wood of my dining buffet and it is discolored; he only addressed some areas of concern, not all on my desk; only partially filled dents on other furniture. Then he argued with me quite defensively that it was done correctly. The owner has agreed to come out, so when his schedule allows him to meet my schedule, I hope he will make the repairs correctly so I can change the review.
