Called because they were listed in Angie's list magazine as a recommended contractor. Provider would not give the $500 discount as advertised in the magazine. FALSE ADVERTISING and a waste of my time!

Response from Best Choice Roofing
We advised the homeowner that the repair requested was unnecessary and that there were two options - to simply caulk the cracks or contact the installer for a free repair as it should be under warranty. Perhaps the homeowner would rather deal with an unethical contractor next time.

They said it would take one day and they completed the job in a little over 1/2 day. They cleaned up all shingles debris and nails. There were a few nails that were missed. I choose the color roof I wanted and they actually came back and recommended a different color which really made the entire house look really nice. They were very professional. I was impressed that the workers spoke English as that is important to me. Usually they speak only Spanish. They added additional roof vents and painted my chimney. They met my insurance adjuster and walked my premise with him to make sure nothing was missed. They handled all the paperwork with my insurance company and I didn't have to mess with anything at all. They followed up a couple of times after the roof was done to make sure I was happy. I am a very happy camper. They are FANTASTIC!!
