BEST CHOICE LAWN AERATION

This is my second time using Ricky's services. We communicated via text to arrange appointment time. He provided 4 hour window for service and text his arrival time 30 min before. Once arriving he and I walked the lawn & he listened to my concerns & desires for improvement. He took time to educate me on the condition of my lawn and ways to improve. His improvement suggestions were all DIY options. At the end he mentioned he does offer extended services for lawn care beyond aeration if I want to consider outsourcing. At no point in the conversation did I feel pressured or bamboozled. Ricky provides a professional and courteous experience. I recommend Ricky for lawn services. You will get a personal touch for a reasonable price.

Submitted a request on Best Choice Lawn Aeration website and Ricky contacted me the same day and was very polite and detailed. Price was reasonable and he did a good job. Will definitely use again!

Ricky properly marked the location of all our underground sprinkler system pipes so as not to puncture them during aeration. Since we don't speak Spanish, we effectively communicated with English-speaking Ricky. We will hire Ricky again every year. He also honored the 5% senior citizen discount.

Ricky is the owner of Best Choice Lawn Aeration. He is courteous, professional and on-time. I paid $85 to aerate 3500 sqft of lawn that does not have a sprinkler system and two large trees in the front lawn. Ricky called and confirmed his appointment the day before which I appreciated. He arrived on time. Before starting he spoke with me to first about my concerns and we examined my lawn together. During this examination he confirmed his price. After the aeration was complete he offered advice on how to better revive my front lawn and what products I may want to consider using. Ricky's personality is laid back and he is not pushy. It took approximately one hour from arrival to departure. I will be calling Ricky in the spring to come and aerate my lawn again.

Did not use his service.

Very difficult soil composite; neglected by previous owners over the years. It took him about an hour and when he left we had a good downpour. Next morning (today) grass looks healthier already; even the new sodding seems to have benefited. Will have him return in October and then annually.

Front and back lawn was aerated about two days after a shower. Fertilizer was applied after the aeration and my lawn has never looked this good. The aeration allowed the moisture and fertilizer to penetrate down to the roots where it has never been able to reach before. I am very pleased with the service and plan to have it done again in a year or so.
