I interviewed three termite pest companies and decided that Bert seemed the most genuine and enthusiastic. After a free quote with his female office Manager, he followed up to see if I would use him.. I had to get the money together and he worked with me on that. I had them bad, they were flying around, 2 walls with borough holes and the front of house eaten up and could see the termites in the mulch and dirt in the flower bed. John Fisher who I later learned was his son-in law called to say he was running late, 30-40 minutes before he was due, he then arrived right on time at the time he said he could make it which was within the hour of when I had booked it..( hence the B and not an A, but no problem for me) He dug a trench all around the house sprayed and refilled. The concrete areas already had been treated in 1995 so there were holes filled with cement there already.. he drilled, filled them up with termador and put plastic caps to cover holes.. Impressed. He drilled under every water outlet in the house small holes and treated there. He explained everything and I felt comfortable with him in my house. Bert then called and followed up same afternoon to see how it went. I will have to see how the termites react, as it has only been hours, but I feel confident in their guarantee to return if a problem. I would definitely recommend this company. Experienced a couple of swarms of termites in the house and there has been no sign of them since.

They're really nice and they're very punctual and they call to remind me when I need a bug spray. The price is fair.

Their pricing and the quality of their work is decent. Overall I give them a B+ rating. We have an ongoing relationship with them that we'll keep using in the future.
