Description of Work: Set trap for rat outdoors and checked the attic of the house and garage for mouse presence (which there wasn't any). He came back within a week to check the trap, remove the dead rodent, came back another week later and removed the trap - also checked the attic again. Very punctual, very professional.

Description of Work: They have awesome customer service and the pest control guy who came to my house was very friendly but the effectiveness of the service was not very good. I have found many live bugs including spiders everywhere and have had them come back to re spray the house but keep having the same problems.

Description of Work: They came and treated the whole house, attic , interior upstairs & downstairs, exterior around foundation, wasps nests, gardens, perimeter of garage. Description of Work: Treated and inspected inside and outside house. There were still tons of ants, silver fish and other bugs after the treatment. I purchased the deal for a one time treatment but the representative went a head and sign me up for a three year service without asking me first. I'm glad I saw the paper work and decline.
