Description of Work: When I was called to set up the appointment, the lady said for $69 they would only spray the baseboards, nothing else. Each time she added something, she raised the price until it ended up being $114.75. The only reason I gave the service a good rating was because of the young man who performed the service. He was very nice and explained exactly what he was going to do. He sprayed baseboards, some attic space, garage, porches, dusted the windows and put out something around the house for ants. Make sure you know before you purchase a service, you know exactly what you're getting.

Description of Work: A representative from the company came to evaluate an unidentified insect problem we were having in one of our window sills. Instead of charging us to treat the problem, the representative told my husband what he needed to do to remedy the situation ourselves. this saved us money and I would definitely use them again for any pest problems.

Description of Work: The deal was advertised as an Eco-friendly bee and wasp removal and treatment service. I bought this deal and had them come work on the bee problem near the eaves of my two-story house. Greg came a couple of times to spray pesticide around the eaves. Then he came a third time to seal the spacing using expansion foam. The treatment was effective for about two weeks until a swarm of bees shown up again near the eaves. I believe this happened because the package actually includes spraying and sealing job only and no bee nest removal service. The bee pheromone left near the nest after the treatment lured new bees to the same spot after the pesticide sprays were depleted.

Description of Work: They are a good company and I was happy with the initial treatment however I had to sign up for future services and those I am not too sure about. They do not leave a note saying they came or even a phone call but they do take the money out of your account. I have NOT had any bug issues since I called them out and I have a house full of animals so overall I am happy with the results of using this company and would recommend them to friends and family. |
