The technician was not there'll I live in a 5-bedroom 3000 square foot home he was here for only about 15 minutes did not check the attic and just literally stood in the middle of the garage and spray in one particular Corner did not spray the entire house did not go in the attic and I still have roaches I see lizards and spiders

The technician was friendly, respectful, listened to my concerns, answered my questions and provided excellent service.

Great! The exterminator came to our house a number of times until all the mice were gone. She also performed an internal / external fumigation / pest control service.

I used Berret pest control through Groupon with little to no results! After Hurricane Harvey the pests were very disheartening in itself. We signed up for the 4 month program where they would come by every two weeks. At certain times we would have them come by even earlier due to not fixing the nasty roach problems. Every time I asked them why they are not gone would just feed me lines about how resistant they are to the chemicals . We paid allot of money for a service that was very poor in the terms not fixing the problem. Very nice people but not effective!!

"Claimed a deal" on Angie's list for $69 general interior and exterior treatment. Got a call the next day from Berrett. Agent was all upsell. Am I the only Angie's list member who is tired of "claiming a deal" only to get lots of upsell? Here's how the upsell with Berrett goes, he first asks you "What kind of pests are you dealing with?". It doesn't matter what you say, you could say ants or alien zombies from space, then the upsell starts. "Oh, that isn't covered by the $69 deal, we have another treatment for $150 that covers that". Look, we just want a reasonable service for a reasonable price. If you can't offer a reasonable "deal" at that price then don't waste my time.

They came and treated our home and yard

Excellent as always. We are fortunate to always have Hugo as our technician. Hugo is always prompt, calls in advance, tells us what is scheduled to be done and offers advice as needed. He is very knowledgeable on Berrett services and is very courteous and personable.

Deal advertised clearly stated bees and wasps but while making the appointment was told it didn't cover those and that they would have to hire a wasp/bee specialist. Was told manager would call back which I never received (no voicemail) so requested refund from Angie's list which I did receive, which is why I gave an overall C rating instead of D for communication and professionalism. They did make an initial contact quickly after purchase.

Very good. Kenneth was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. A credit to your company.

All service men are friendly and willing to educate the customer.

1. Noticed a significant reduction of mosquitos in the yard. 2. The chemical also kills roaches. The technician spray in the yard and around the perimeter of the house, but we see almost no roaches in the house except an occasional slow moving one in the kitchen. 3. After the service is performed, the technician or company sent us a full report, on the chemical used, and some facts about the chemical. We appreciate the report.

I was unable to talk with anyone to schedule an appointment even after calling 10 times.

Initial visit was to include inside the house treatment. First appointment scheduled from 1-3:00pm Called at 2:00 told they wouldn't be out until 3:00 or later....I re-scheduled for the next week. Appointment set for 10-12:00. Called at 11:40 told he wouldn't be out until after 12:00. When asked if he was on his way he told me he had an appointment in between mine and it would most likely be 1:00 before he arrived. I DON'T HAVE ALL DAY TO WAIT!!! You'd think IF an appointment is scheduled for inside the house they have these done right away. I called the office and asked for a manager. Lady said she handed the manager my message to call me....that was 45 minutes ago. I want to cancel the contract I signed as I haven't been satified. I believe they are TOO big of a company to service my needs. I'll be looking for another pest control company that is smaller. Also, making a metal note for future reference-companies that advertise profusely on TV probably charge too much AND are too big. All the office people I spoke with were very professional and pleasant.

Varmints removed and access to attic solved.

I had previously had them spray inside my house, but that resulted in a bad roach problem, so I had to call them back.

I am a new Berrett customer and I found them on Angie's List. Our biggest problem is rats more so than bugs. We did have a mud dobber problem as well but rats is the reason we contacted Berrett. Made our appointment and Michael called us the day prior to confirm the appointment. He called the day of and said he could come a little earlier if that worked for us. He showed up and was VERY pleasant to speak with. I have been in some form of customer service for over 30 years and I am a stickler for customer service. I really liked Michael's approach to listen to my concerns and take it all in so he can address our issues. Since we have pets he was kind enough to start in the parts of the house we preferred so we could rotate out pets around easily. He put sticky traps up stairs and checked areas he could see where we have entry areas the best he could. He identified a couple of them. He completed the attic portion and came down and sprayed around the house then headed outside where he scrubbed our eaves/sides of house with a powder substance to get rid of all of the mud dobber's. He agree we had ALOT of them and he knocked down their nests that were all over our exterior home. Overall our experience was good. I hope he will be our technician on follow up visits. I have no problem giving a 5 star rating but I also have no problem editing it if service falters in the future. So far so good. Price was fair. A little over $30 for first visit and $127 quarterly. The price I will consider fair IF they maintain their part of the contract and continue with the service level they claim....I will see how that goes. They claim if I have a problem after a treatment and in between quarterly visits, I can just call them. IF they maintain what they say they will do, we should have a great relationship.

Poorly. Signed contract for pest control and rental property and they came out and sprayed outside and inside. Very nice and excellent service initially. After that they apparently only sprayed outside and never contacted tenant to arrange to spray inside. Problem is its a gated community and can only be accessed via gate key or a resident letting you in...so how did you get in. Dissatisfied with this poor service and will not recommend or use Berrett Pest Control again. Buyer beware

It was great. They did a great job. They cam out pretty quick. I got the phone call from them about a day later and they came out within the next couple of days. I didn't pay anything that day. The telephone rep offered me a contract for paying nothing today and an extra service and pay $129 in October. I get year round service. They were even here early.
