We had whole house gutters installed 2021. Berger quote came in very comparable to others. The team was on time, quick and cleaned up afterwards. A year later and my gutters still look and function very well. I would definitely recommend Berger

Buyer beware of this potential significant waste of time! Long story short: the only thing Berger Home Services followed through on was showing up and responding to sell me the contract. They failed to have it installed within two weeks, to call me back within a day each of the 8-9 times I called in, to even show up the installation day, or even call me to tell me they would not be coming. I finally got in touch with a manager Deanna (not sure of spelling) at 4:45 the day of the scheduled installation. Only at this point did they discover they had written my number down wrong on the contract (I did miss that too). This was despite me verifying my number each time I called in and their caller ID apparently recognizing my #. She claimed one of their vehicles broke down causing the no show and did attempt to reschedule for Saturday. As I was departing mid-day, only a morning appointment was acceptable but Deanna would not accommodate. Given their failures, was not going to risk taking off another day. The only positive in this whole waste of time was Berger Home Services did agree to refund my down payment. Most disappointing: one would think that being in business for 17 years would give them a better idea of how to schedule their customers. As a result I wasted over three weeks in attempting to work with them.

Dani is very friendly and professional. She arrived on time for the estimate, explained what to expect for the installation. Installation happened without any issues! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Great job on installation. Was able to get the color we wanted and installed within a week.

I hired them to install new gutters on my home. Due to limited supply, I was on a two-month wait and finally was scheduled on a Monday which I confirmed. That Monday, no one showed up or given me any notification to be rescheduled. I called the following Tuesday to ask why no one showed up or called me. They told me the manager would call to explain the situation. Waited all day and no call. Call them on Wednesday morning at 9 am to ask to speak to a manager and was told I will receive a phone call right after I hang up. Waited an hour and still no phone call. I went with this company due to the amazing reviews, but they fell short of the services I expected.

Berger Home Services was generally very professional. Sales rep was not pushy and generated a number of different options so that we could prioritize our projects within the context of our budget. Final installation was awesome and with the large storm that came through, absolutely no rain water draining off our roof, except via the gutters, protecting the locations where we are installing gate openers and generators. We had a quote scheduling snafu and slight transparency issue between deposit payment and scheduling, but Berger was able to work with us on rectifying this.

Very friendly and professional

My only complaint is they never gave me any advance notice regarding which day or even week they would show. They also came twice because the first time they didnt install the gutter guard that I had ordered. There seems to be a disconnect between order taking and installers. I would still recommend them, but I was very flexible in timing.
