Quick response, friendly, informative

Let's start with the price and quality. Quality was the same as other quotes. Price was HALF! The other companies tried to claim that Berger is less expensive because they cut corners. Not true. They were lightning quick with the install and dint leave behind so much as one metal shaving. Second is the commitment to customer service. When I had a problem with my install based on a misunderstanding I was put in contact with Danni (sorry on spelling if it's wrong) to help me fix the job. She agreed to send an associate back out at her expense to fix the issue even through it made the job less profitable for her. The Salesman Hank is also so experienced that the competing companies I shopped knew him and admitted he was the best at what he did. Try and top that! You should call Berger today, seriously.

The product was fine, customer service helpful it just took longer than anticipated to get job 100% complete. Bit yes, I would recommend this company.

Initial human mistake with the installation, but the company tried diligently to rectify the situation. Overall, everything was completed to satisfaction. Company used good quality materials which is a plus.

Wasnt notified about delay for supplies to install gutters.

Vernon came out and explained everything with my father. He kept in contact but was never pushy until I was finally ready. Installation crew was fast. Only thing I wasn't too happy with was I had to call to see what was the delay in scheduling my installation time. They explained that they were waiting on the material and once it was received they would schedule. It would have been nice to have been told that ahead of time but other than that, very happy.

Berger home services gave me reasonable quote, scheduled the installation immediately after deposit was paid and installation was done on time and I am very happy with the installation guys for their quality work.
