From start (quote) to finish, these guys were very professional. They are really good at what they do. They installed new gutters around my house, integrating with the current gutters that I did have on there. They installed a few more downspouts as well. They did all that in a few hours and ensured I was happy. I will look into Berger again for future projects!

Prompt response. Professional quoting and quick installation. Didn't try to over sell products that would be overkill to my house. There was a minor billing error and the billing department was very polite correcting it when I asked about it.

Nice and friendly folks.

They damaged the paint to my house with their laters. The gutters in back of my house are not performing well. They send a man to repaint the damaged wood, the man came out and looked around and said he does not do that. The man said the whole tp had to be repainted and that he is the one who comes out and fixes when they mess up but not paint a 3 story house on the top. I asked if someone else could do it and was told that is the only person they have. I asked my painter (who painted the house less than 2 yrs ago), he came out and gave me a quote. I told Berger the quote they said they would not pay. They insisted their man should paint, this is also someone who said it was ok to paint when temperature was above 95. Needless to say I was not allowing further damage. I was also told by Jonathan Bancroft that gutters that are malfunctioning were not going to be fixed till I paid also no painting till I paid.

We chose Berger Home Services because they offered an array of services beyond just installing gutters, our initial reason for contact. We did not discover this until we were talking to their estimator, so we inquired if they could handle a couple other projects we had on our plate. Considering that we had two homes that needed gutters, they worked with us. In this case, they were not the cheapest, but they offered better products and more versatility. Our only problems related to timing due to weather.

They can not seem to meet their original appointments and they use weather as an excuse, They have an excuse for every concern that you may have. There are surprise charges that are not made to you upfront, you end up finding out through the process, after signing the contract. FYI - they also charge 5% additional fee if you choose to use a credit card. Poor communication with the office staff. Now, today 9-15-2020 Johnathon (The owner or Lead) called and left a very unprofessional message (derogatory language Not appreciated) accusing me of not paying them, even though, I paid in full as soon as they finished the fence. He says he is going to put a lien on my house. Looks like more POOR office COMMUNICATION going on. I used HomeAdvisor to AVOID this kind of Foolishness. The installers were good but, there will not be a next time, I am saving myself the aggravation. Life is too short.

Great company, not the cheapest, but could materials, and workmanship. Reasonable and understanding.

Berger Services was fairly priced and took good care of us. I had an issue with one area in the front of my house (no fault to the installer) and they came over right away to help make it right. Jacob was awesome and the entire team is very professional. I would definitely hire them again.
